Loved my experience at this store! Was greeted at the door and the staff are very knowledgeable. Grant did a good job explaining why certain shoes were better for me and I even got a pair of socks that have helped! Only issue is that I wish this store was bigger!
Reid was very attentive to us. As soon as we walked in, he took good care of us and addressed our questions in a thoughtful manner. Moreover, receiving a 3D scan of our feet was very helpful in understanding shoe sizes and what shoes would be best for us. I would definitely recommend anyone I know to go to Fleet Feet.
Blue Mile now known as Fleet Feet has been our fam running shoe shop for a long time. I developed a repeated ankle injury and missed running a lot, so I stopped by the shop to see if they could help me figure out what shoes would be best for my stride, etc. Connor helped me and was incredibly knowledgeable. I went for my first run in the shoes tonight and have no ankle pain. I’m stoked. Thanks so much Connor!
I had excellent service my first time visiting this store. I typically have a very difficult time finding shoes that fit me well, but the person helping me was able to find the right thing for me right away. I felt very welcomed and not looked down upon.
Just make sure they explain you the “refund policy”. I was rang up by a new guy who said 60 days fully refundable. Turned out to be store credit. Manager used new guys inexperience as an excuse to not have policy explained. Would not have purchased if this was the case.
Came in to pickup my shoes I had reserved from the Carmel store. Hayden helped me out and was very welcoming. Great service and knowledge of their products!
Courteous staff. I was able to get my feet scanned to recommend the proper shoe and the results emailed to me afterwards. All for FREE! I learned that I was running in a pair of shoes over a half size too large. I have been running in my fitted shoes for some time now and they feel much more responsive. Great location. Will be back!
Excellent and knowledgeable customer service, took the time to assist me even well after their closing time. I thought the price was fair and I even had a coupon I didn’t know about on my account. There’s a good selection, and of all the shoes I wanted to try on were in stock and available in my size.
I had a wonderful experience here! Was greeted immediately upon entering, store was clean, well-lit and the selection of shoes is great! Bonus feature - neat electronic gadgetry! They have this nifty thing you stand on that takes precise measurements of your feet report can be emailed to you, I was shocked to find out that I've been wearing the wrong size for my running/walking shoes... For years! Associate was gregarious, cheerful, knowledgeable, and so awesome to work with - she was able to tell when we'd found the right shoes just by the way I walked in them! The color of Asics I wanted wasn't in stock in store, but that was totally OK because they were able to ship them to me - promised delivery was within 3-5 days and they showed up in 24 hours! There's also a kind of loyalty program, of which I intend to make use. The location is very convenient - in Broad Ripple, across Compton St from the old BRHS. Plenty of parking and if you'd like, you can have lunch a couple doors down or visit The Magic Bus. As I said, this was a great experience for me, I highly recommend you pay them a visit before you get your fitness regimen going, your spring/summer walk on, or your 5k run!
This store is fantastic. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable associates combined with high tech and a good selection - can’t lose. Had a great experience with my wife mapping her foot, trying multiple shoes and inserts, and getting the perfect fits. No reason to go anywhere else to get outfitted for shoes - and. And it’s not just for runners - if you spend any time on your feet - give them some love and come here
