Good shopping experience. Helpful employees and great selection. Found everything I was looking for and more for an affordable price. I went to another store before this one and couldn't find anything that fit right. Scrub identity has more size inclusive options which fit much better than the competitors. Highly recommend!

After a long day at work I stopped to get a specific color scrub. The assistant was friendly and fast. Showing me everything that matched what I was looking for. I was out the door with my purchase quickly. I have always had fast friendly service.
I came in to get new scrubs and was just open to any with just joggers as a request and the girls brought 5 matching pairs that fit exactly what I needed. I had to order one in my correct size and it was super easy and they are going to even send me a text when it comes in person to the store they can ship to your house but it’s a little extra. They are extra attentive and help you in the fitting room with extra sizes, colors, etc. Would 10/10 recommend, please go here!!!

Great place and customer service! Was looking for scrubs because i am getting a new job but I’ve never really bought scrubs before so I didn’t know where to start. I came in here and the sales associate was so nice in helping me figure out what textures and colors I like. Will definitely be back here to get some more scrubs!!
I'm not in the medical profession but my fiance is a nurse and she only buys from here now. I have to say I get it now! I went in with her today when she was looking for some additional scrubs and was impressed by the huge selection they had in the small sized storefront. This was way overshadowed by their fantastic customer service though. There were two different employees that helped at different points and they were both incredibly kind and helpful. They were so fast getting new sizes and styles for my fiance to try on and they were so knowledgeable about the different brands and their tendencies to fade, shrink, and whatnot. Even more of a testament to their customer service was when a pretty rude customer came in. The one employee who was working at the time handled it incredibly well and kept such a polite and helpful attitude. She was able to juggle that customer and still take care of us faster than we even needed. And on top of this, my fiance said this isn't even out of the norm! She said every time she has been here they have been so kind and extremely helpful. I strongly suggest that if you are in the market for medical clothing you come give them a try. Their quality and selection is enough to earn your business, and the fact that they are a local business makes it that much sweeter!
My spouse and I both work in healthcare and ended up here for scrubs after a horrible time down the road at scrubs and beyond. They had many petite options available in store for try on! Tatiana provided remarkable customer service, extremely attentive to every detail! Amazing experience we will definitely be using this as our local go to for scrubs! Thank you!
