I've been a customer for over 5 years, exceptional customer service. The staff treat you like family! Great selection and their new location near Goodwill and Total Wines is so nice! Love supporting this family-owned business!

Tyler did a great job helping my wife and I find our new pairs of shoes! When the styles we ordered arrived, Tyler even helped by professionally fitting the insoles I selected. And, Goodman's offered a donation service for my worn out old shoes. Even if the shoes are too old, as a backup the charity converts the shoes into playground ground cover.

Very neat shoe store where you can get custom fitting. They were in the process of moving so obviously a bit of disarray was to be expected. Sales lady was phenomenal. Lotsa unique brands like Hoka, Naoto, Aetrex.

Goodman's shoes is the most helpful and considerate shoe store I've been to in ages. Tyler Honeycut went out of his way to find the best fit for me. I'm 82 years old, have leg problems and diabetes. This place is So Super Awesome. All staff members are friendly. They treat you like you are family. I went in unsure if I would EVER be able to walk and move again. I left with happy tears, a new hope, and walking better than I have in at least 3 months. It's hard to believe that all the pain I was in was due to needing new shoes. We came into town for an event and my husband forgot dress shoes. They opened earlier than other stores, so we went there. The selection was amazing, I was impressed by the quality of shoes and the staff were fantastic, very helpful and informative. Highly recommend and I would definitely return if we were in the area again.

Great customer service. Found 2 sandals to wear for my legal wedding ceremony and also for my formal wedding next year. I have plantar fasciitis so usually it's hard to find supportive shoes.
