This location is very clean and well stocked. Sometimes the lines may get long but I guess it’s just everyone trying to take advantage of their great deals! I always come here and usually end up buying more things than I originally came for. Great place to shop!
This is a clean, well-staffed store with friendly staff and an ample supply of season items and craft items. If you sign up for the rewards system, you’ll get periodic coupons customized to your interest, including discounts off the framing services. We’ve had a dozen works framed here, and that’s what keeps us coming back: the framing staff are creative, helpful, and effective designers. They bring a professional touch to the job, and we’ve had numerous “ooo’s” and “ahh’s” of art hung in our homes framed with Michael’s. With the discount, it’s an unbeatable price and above-average value.
Nicely organized with lots of crafts and art stuff. Have recently loved the introduction of Creatology products. Love their online shopping website and order pick up options
This store is almost completely self service now unless you pay with cash. I had to check out and bag my own items. I wanted to take something off my total because it was priced much higher that I thought it would be there was no price on the item. There was a very long line of people behind me waiting to check out and in order to take item off my total I had to wait for a clerk before I could remove it from my total. So I wound buying 2 items I did not want because the line was too long to wait for help.I will be shopping a lot less at this store and only when it is not crowded.
It looked like the distribution center for all th Michael's in the area. I went in for simple things and a decent pen couldn't even be found in there with stuff packed from the ceiling to the floor. Michael's use to be a magical place when I was younger so let's just say how mighty have fallen.
The employees were very helpful. I was able to find everything I needed and a lot of it was on sale.
Not enough cashier's means lines are really long, mid October and most Halloween stuff is gone being replaced with Christmas everything which is weird since we haven't even reached Halloween yet. At least all the Halloween stuff was 50% off.
The store is jam-packed with junk piled to the ceiling. Good luck walking through the aisles. Bring a chair to take a seat while you wait in the checkout line, made worse by the employees who reserve registers for cash-paying customers. Double-check your online pickup orders as they will be wrong. Avoid.
Store has lots of arts and crafts. They stock up on a lot of Christmas items compared to any other holiday.
It was impossible to find anyone to help me locate what I was looking for. Several customers were complaining about the lack of help on the floor. Cashiers on the other hand were pleasant and helpful .. web site said that the item was in stock, but it was sold out. Wasted trip.
