I shopped at Michaels today & had 2 different cashiers talk Very Sarcastic to me I received an email & was trying to use the coupons & was told they could not honor them I had this happen in the past & had not shopped there for a long time!! I was given a Gift Card for Christmas, so I thought I would give it another try & use the card, NEVER AGAIN!! I will never go into another Michaels Store
Hands down my favorite and possibly most frequented store. I make candles and Michael's has what I need at an amazing value. This store has everything easy to find, and the staff generally know which way to send you for multiple business supplies. The cashiers usually ask the typical, but even they can direct you to what your looking for.
Great arts and crafts store. One of the original design of Michael’s. So if you want a trip into the origins of this craft store’s beginnings, stop by. It has all the great things that the bigger stores have. They were very helpful too!
Southgate location hasnt had a framer on staff since July. They fail to disclose this little nugget. Had three items framed - took over 2 months. Zero communication about delays until we called them after the first month. Management at this store incompetent. Called and emailed corporate...blanket reply "store manager will reach out to you." NEVER HAPPENED.
I asked for help and the employee there told me my best bet would be: Google, youtube. If you work at a craft store somebody should know something. I will not be back and I was offended by her response, so rude.....wow!
I love shopping at Micheals because the merchandise and other things they have is so awsome ..
Well organized and very helpful staff. They helped me make a Minnesota Vikings wall ornament for the 2018 season. Go Vikes! The best part is they are dog friendly too, but she did not want to go with. Oh well maybe next time she will join the trip. Plastic flowers on sale too.
the in store michaels is great, always have amazing deals and well stocked products. within 5 years of coming here ive only seen one thing I needed not stocked. employees all super nice and everything is either very accessible or its easy to contact an employee for help. very clean and organized as well.
The building reminded me of an old Frank's craft store but this Michael's seems to have more than any of the Michael's I've been in around the US! Clean, well organized with a friendly staff! What more can you ask for? This is a location I'll be stopping every time I'm in the area!
Poor customer service * two associates at the front counter seemingly NOT busy watched me as I come in the store walked less than 4feet away...neither one of them even attempted to acknowledge me nor greet me in any way *finally found a picture frames that might look cute,come back to the counter the young lady reluctantly asked me "am i a points member" YES... "Enter your number"...rings me up & then asked "would u like a bag"? YES... Keep in mind I purchased TWO 5×8pic frames Spotty selection in most departments unlike other locations
