This was my go to Michaels store but now I'm going to have to find another, because now just to use the bathroom you need to get a clerk to punch in a code for the bathroom door!? There have been times I've spent 2 hrs. or more shopping here and have used the bathroom more than once and now it'll feel odd asking a clerk to unlock the door... it's a shame but I'll have to see if there's another Michaels that's in a place that's local.
I went for a AA battery operated clock work to replace one that died a peaceful end. Needed assistance find the clock works. I installed it and it worked. Another positive Michael's experience
Michaels is a good store. The parking lot is huge with all the stores in the Interstate shopping area. Despite how many stores there are I usually get decent parking so that is a big plus. In the store itself the staff is kind but could be a bit more knowledgeable. Also if you are shopping for your home during a big season you probably will not be able to get exactly what you need as most of the store is taken over by the holiday trinkets. The store layout is good and item prices are clear. Overall very well run store.
It's an ok craft store but it doesn't offer materials to make your own clothes. It's too pricey on simple items like a cake stand, basic decorative pillows, and candy items.
Went to your store tonight 3/3/2023 at around 7:30 the 2 girls that were working were amazing! I needed a certain yarn to finish a project I didn’t see any on the shelf we asked the cashier who said you got a shipment in the day before, she asked the girls in the back and they found it for me. I wish I had their names. Job well done!
Average Michael's. Decent sales. It's clean. And they have things that many other stores just don't carry normally.
I’ve made tons of crafts using stuff from this store. I have to say that I’m really pleased with all of my experiences here. I even made my wedding bouquet for $43 with fake flowers from here!
Despite all of the holiday shopping craze, Alex made my experience here absolutely fabulous. He helped expedite an online pickup order for me to ensure I did not have to wait in store. Excellent, speedy customer service. Much appreciated!
RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGERS! I don't know if there was a change in management or something, but this store has been going downhill for a while. I've been going to this store for a couple of years now, but I have to start going to another one. I feel bad for their framing department. They're always understaffed and backed up with customers, but still manages to give out quality service. The man and a couple of young ladies that have been helping me and other customers regarding framing deserves a raise! It's obvious that their higher-ups do NOT care about their employees!!!
A Saturday night 7:30pm on Saint Patricks Day and only 1 only one register open. Line 10-12 people deep are you serious. Someone needs to evaluate the management of this location. We were trying to purchase some last minute things for our party and spent a good 30 minutes on line waiting to give this business my money. This is total disrespect to consumers and to your staff. The only reason for the 2 stars was because of the woman working the register. I would give her 5 stars with all the people complaining about the wait she was very professional kept her smile and apologized to everyone. What an awefull position management placed this employee.
