If I could give more stars I would. I called 1230p today. The owners son was due by 230p. The owner showed himself as the son was running late. New lock on in less than 10 minutes. Would highly recommend.
I own a local business and Accurate takes care of all the locks. They are dependable and professional. I use them at home as well. Good people.
I could not post without giving a start. This place does not deserve any stars. I had a Horrible experience with a very unprofessional woman!!! Price was no object for me all I wanted was my questions answered. When will people realize that customers will pay for a pleasant experience.
They were not able to help me or give me any real options to accommodate an older cutout for a mortise lock set.. I walked out of there just as smart as I walked in.. for basic lock problems it look like they can handle it.. Anything difficult don't waste your time here..

Extremely unprofessional. doesn't return calls nor keep appointments. finally after waiting 3 weeks to get an appointment for duplicate keys found out they were unable to make them because of unfamiliar with lock type. Incredible waste of time. No weekend service either.
Went to get keys made at other places locally, only to find they didn't work property. Ended up going here, and the keys work reliably every time.
Very helpful, reasonable, extremely honest and knowledgeable , I would recommend this Locksmith to everyone. I will not go anywhere else. Whatever your needs may be they will find a way to help you. Go see for yourself!!!!!!
