Excellent Service! Wait time is always very minimal 15 minutes max front entrance staff is very Friendly! Which is a very good start! The nursing staff is professional courteous and kind! Dr Nabity is thorough and his bedside manner is exceptional! I appreciate his time and energy that he spends talking to me asking questions. He is a rare breed today! I appreciate the experience from beginning to End! Thanks very Much!!
There still trying to cover up the fact that PA Debbie did not have time to read patients chart, an accidentally gave me a injection of steroids.. In which I am allergic to ultimately being the reason I haven't been able to walk the past 4 years. Now treating me like I'm some kinda addict or incompetent.. However I will walk again do to the grace of God knowing I have the courage an knowledge to do such.. please don't let these doctors discouraged you or manipulate you. As anyone else noticed how you can no longer comment on other reviews an how certain doctors have extra reviews this is all set up to try and make them look better.. Don't judge a Book by the cover, I feel most these doctors are there just to get paid and experiment with your life's. It's a great chance Dr. Vochi left because he knew how corrupt the team really was..I will be taking my story to fox 2 news. We have a voice Don't stay silent I'm concerned for the many they'll take advantage of. I'm looking for a public apology. If there staff were so friendly I would have gotten one. Instead there trying to justify for a incompetent error
Waited on hold, speak to someone explaining I have an appointment scheduled today at 9:10a scheduled on August 3rd at check out. I never received a link this morning. They say it's not in the system and give no problem to the solution. Forwards me to office manager without telling me. So then I get hung up on and have to re wait in the phone que. Speak to someone else,again with no problem to the solution. If I have the time/ date card they will honor the appointment. By the time I drive 45 minutes, it would be 40 minutes past the appt time and it was a telemed since it was reviewing results. Instead of having customer service skills of trying to fit me in week of for their mistake or be flexible, they give me a new appointment 3 weeks later for their first available with a completely different PA/ doctor than who sees me. Previous times I have been there you wait almost 30-45 minutes past your appointment time anyway. We took time off work, including my husband, and rescheduled his other appointment to make this. And they treat you like it's your fault instead of trying to work together. Very bad ran business on the front desk area considering I did all the correct steps but am treated poorly.
Front of house needs to be cleaned. Second time scheduling an phone appointment that I never received. I call this morning the young woman who answered obviously couldn’t care any less. There was basically nothing I could do or her for that matter. I called in the week before for appointment and she’s telling me “oh the last girl probably didn’t put it in because I don’t see it! Nothing available til two weeks out when I needed before the 7th. Great doctors but the schedulers and front desk personnel are hardly ever friendly or empathetic. Very rude. Never a good experience
All of the doctors and physicians assistants at Michigan Neurology are compassionate, thorough, and easy to talk to. It's nice to know they listen and legitimately care for you quality of life. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bethany Shanku is an absolutely delightful P.A. who I trust with my life. Brad is also a wonderful P.A. and Dr. Giancarlo does an amazing job in overseeing my care.
Torie is an amazing Physicians Assistant! She is kind and caring, not to mention very very smart. She always considers my quality of life when thinking about medications or treatments, and helps me navigate my illness. I appreciate that she returns calls promptly, and listens to my problems or concerns. She is an wonderful asset for Michigan Neurology Associates, and I plan to keep on seeing her whenever I am able!
The physician and his assistant were very kind and knowledgeable. I have been treated unfairly in my medical journey because I am an African American female and often times doctors feel as though we are pill searching or over exaggerating pain. I have struggled for years to find a physician that listens to me and believes me. I am so happy that I have finally found that at this office.
Bethany has a kindness in her treatment of patients that invokes confidence, sincerity, and an understanding of the frustrations that migraine sufferers encounter. Her willingness to try various treatment protocols and work with me to increase the quality of my life has allowed me to be on the offensive in my treatment instead of always on defensive. Bethany is simply amazing!
Dr Brad Jones is always right on time for my appts. He is very good at listening to my concerns and willing to remedy whatever he can. He is always very thorough and very friendly and kind.
The Dr. I saw is to the point, has a good attitude. She explained the test i had done, and the results in a way i think i can understand. She answered my questions. And told me exactly what to expect from my next round of testing. And told me point blank of her suspicions.
