I came in with a problem with my Surface Pro screen expecting them to not be able to do much since they're just a kiosk store. Mandy was awesome to work with and helped me out insanely fast - I was in and out within 20 minutes. Everyone working there was friendly and very knowledgeable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone who has an issue with their Microsoft hardware/software.
Excellent staff. Had an issue with an Xbox in our house. They were able to straighten everything out, got us a replacement unit and on our way. Beyond that, the staff is very knowledgeable on all things Microsoft. Excellent demo of the new Surface Studio 2. Highly recommended to check them out over Best Buy or Amazon.
I just bought the Surface pro 3 and pen. The three sales people that work there were extremely helpful in setting it up. Went back to the store 2 additional times, not sure how to work the cellular data, they took the time to show me how to set it up and update the system. We love the surface and would recommend going there to buy it. A+ service and nicest sales people.
My Surface was having some major issues, and they were able to fix it in an extremely fast and cost efficient manner. If you're suffering from any sort of software issues with computers or other Microsoft prpdupro, I highly recommend this location. The most professional, friendly, and efficient computer store I've ever been to. It's service like this that will keep me a Microsoft customer.
If I could rate it 6 stars I would. I broke my Surface Laptop 2, and went in for a replacement no warranty. Matt, the associate that helped me was extremely insightful and helpful and really went the extra mile. If I had any doubts about Microsoft before I didn't they have been alleviated by this excellent customer service!
The people at the Sales desk were very helpful in asking what I would need and getting the right product. after buying the Surface Pro3 and base station i set it up on Network and the base station doesn't work. Call the store to get help with it and they can't help because they a specality store and don't that kind of help. Wisconsin has no other stores. Call center was no help..
The two sales people were pleasant and tried to be helpful. They explained that this kiosk store had very limited ability to do anything as far as sales or customer service except to recommend the Microsoft website or referral to the nearest real Microsoft store in Illinois. With the Milwaukee area market this large, and Microsoft wanting to grow their hardware sales operation, they could do a whole lot better than this. Very disappointing.
Overcharged me. I had to come back in to get the credit. Never apologized or did anything for the inconvenience. Salesman told me I would earn Microsoft rewards points and I did not. Contacted Microsoft rewards and they said store purchases are not valid for their rewards program. Terrible customer service. My first and last Microsoft purchase for sure. Was switching from Apple.
Had an issue with my xbox1x that I bought from a retail store. Not only did the 2 guys working at this location ease my mind, they also alleviated my of any future concerns. The exchange was quick and they were both quite plesant and knowledgeable. I couldn't think of 2 more qualified individuals to represent a brand as large as Microsoft. Thank you Nick and Mike!
These people understand customer service. I went in with a problem with my Surface Pro 4 and the helpful staff had me on my way in no time. I have always had great service at this location.
