The staff is EXTREMELY unprofessional. My room was switched without communication amongst the staff. Cleaning staff came into the room and told me that I was not supposed to be in there. Staff could not find my $100 deposit without several of them looking for it. The staff should learn to use a much better choice of words when dealing with guests and should communicate better with one another. Rooms: Dingy.
You've been warned! So I always travel with wipes to clean the room upon arrival. This is the first time that I had to go purchase cleaner to clean the bathtub. It was filthy with dirt. The entire 2nd floor smelled like urine. The frond desk clerk was so very nice, though. The only positive about the entire place.Rooms: 1/5
This property is in poor condition. The evening and night staff were pleasant. The room had panels broken, and trash on the floor between the beds. I booked this room with Wyndham points to add an additional day to my trip. I checked out as early what I thought was early as I could once I could check into the other property I was moving to. I didn't feel comfortable showering in this room. Checkout is posted as 12pm on the website but they were knocking at 11am. There is no breakfast at this property. It's states renovations are taking place but there is no indication this is actually happening.
If I could give this place a negative rating, it would be astronomical. Booked this as a halfway point to the beach with my 2 kids and husband.. sketchy outside.. broken elevator and no carts to load luggage up on. Foul smell. Got to our room, stains all over the floor, scratches covering the door. Room was filthy, it had definitely not been cleaned. Looks like they just made the bed and called it a day. Absolutely disgusting. Traveling with 2 little kids, place was not sleep-able. We did not end up staying and asked for a refund. Worker upfront was very nice but almost looked surprised to see people coming to stay there and I think he had a feeling we would be asking for a refund. Needless to say, he didn’t hesitate and we stayed elsewhere. We did not feel safe at all. DO NOT STAY HERE Rooms: Absolutely FERAL. Do not stay here. Floors were covered in filth, terrible smell.
Had to stay here for a week due to work. Was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the room or the facility. The entire place has this awful smell. When I finally left all my clothes and even my hair smelled like it. I had to buy Lysol wipes and clean everything to make myself a little more comfortable. Bed was uncomfortable and springs were loud. Crumbs left on nightstand. Toilet seat and shower handle was broken. The only pro is that it’s affordable given the area it’s in. But you get what you pay for. There’s also a cash deposit for the room you won’t be aware of until you actually get there. Just not the best option overall…look elsewhere.
This is not a safe place. When I arrived with my 8 year old daughter after leaving the Children’s Hospital at midnight, the lobby smelled like drugs. I should have turned around and left then. My daughter was so tired we went on to the room and found no running water. We were then taken to a second room where we found blood stains on the bed and no lights other than the bathroom. I didn’t feel safe there when I first arrived and should have left then. My daughter was sobbing she was sick and so tired. I felt unsafe enough there that I helped her put her shoes back on and we left at 1am driving with no place to stay. I requested Expedia to return our money but they did not. Our future stay scheduled for June was cancelled without refund as well. This place should be closed. It is not safe and doesn’t even have the basics to house people.
This is absolutely the most disgusting hotel out there. We didn’t even stay. There’s mushrooms growing in the bathroom!!! How do you not see that!! Smells absolutely terrible. There has to be bed bugs. Didn’t even stay long enough to check. DISGUSTING Rooms: 1/5
The evening staff was very friendly and helpful, not so much for the morning desk person very curt. The hotel smelled of Marijuana, the rooms are sparse with zero furnishings, lamps and art work just a plain empty dorm room. Absolutely no house keeping, or breakfast except a brown bag with a few cereal bars and pastries. There are a lot of better options for the same price nearby.
The staff were disrespectful, children running wild, yelling and screaming babies crying, broken down cars everywhere, loud music blasting right in front of your room. People obstructing walkways with their clothes. No respect for customers, eating at the front desk. The only guy that was professional was the white guy. That's the only good thing that I have to say about this location. If you're over 25 don't go run.
