I’m not a huge fan of the dentist, but I’m a huge fan of Middletown Valley Dentistry. From start to finish my experience and interaction with every employee was positive and fun. Kara was the first employee I talked to to schedule me appointment, she was personable and timely while also accommodating to all of my scheduling requests. Karly texted me a few days before to confirm my appointment and notify me that my appointment had been scheduled 20 minutes earlier for a particular hygienist. This advanced notice is great! Elizabeth was my hygienist, she was great and made me feel super comfortable during the whole process. She answered all of my questions and explained the next steps in my dental care plan clearly. Dr. Dan examined my teeth and he broke the news of my poor flossing habits in a funny way, his humor made me feel comfortable as well. I got to see Kara at checkout to round off my great visit. Once again she was personable, timely with scheduling my follow up appointments, and accommodated to my scheduling requests. Again, I’m not a huge fan of the dentist but these employees made me want to go back—and that’s something I never thought I would say! They have even encouraged me to start flossing. lol : Thank you everyone!

If you are looking for a new dentist, this is definitely the right place to go!!! I was seen as a New Patient by Dr. Dan and Shelby and they were so welcoming and gentle! I have definitely found a new dentist for me and my family!!
Like anyone I am not fond of the dentist. however they were able to get me in for an appointment as quickly as my schedule and their schedule would allow it. I had to have a root canal done to one of my teeth with the cap on it. They were really concern on if I was in any type of pain. The staff was very friendly and informative. Update: Since my root canal in September, I have visited multiple times. I am still very happy with going to see them and everything that I mentioned in my previous post is still accurate. I am currently halfway through my treatment plan for my teeth. They will work with you when you're going through your treatment plan. They will listen to your opinions on what you would like to have done first. This is one of the things I really appreciate about them along with their great staff and services.
I recently had my first dental visit at Middletown Valley Dentistry. I can't say enough about their level of professionalism and attention to detail demonstrated during my appointment. Both Dr. Chai and Kerri worked very efficiently to reduce my number of visits and were very good at explaining the recommended treatment plan as well as ensuring my comfort. I would highly recommend this dental practice.
So glad to have found this practice over 25 years ago! I have always been greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff. The dentists and hygienists take their time and monitor for any discomfort during procedures. I don’t have a high tolerance for pain but I can’t remember ever having a problem with any procedure - from fillings to root canals to crowns. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist
Being relatively new to the area, we were relieved to find this dental office. Everyone is extremely professional, kind, thoughtful and efficient. They also know exactly how our insurance works. The dental work is the best we have ever received. We couldn’t be happier with the care and service we always receive here. Thank you!
The atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff is always friendly, smiling and greets me by name when I arrive. The hygienists all take their time to do the job right while at the same time making you feel as comfortable as possible during their process. Dr. Dan is knowledgeable and caring in his demeanor. They never "sell" other unnecessary procedures like other places I have been over the years. I will never go to any other dentist while living even remotely close to Middletown. I strongly recommend Middletown Valley Dentistry.
How often do you hear that going to a Dentist's office is enjoyable? Well, it's not that I want to spend vacation there, but because I want good dental care in an environment that is friendly, personable, and professional. At Middletown Valley Dentistry, I get the best of care, along with warm smiles and laughter. If anyone is looking for dental services, I wouldn't hesitate sending them here. Thanks to the Doctors and Staff for making my visits a pleasure.
These guys are seriously the best! I felt virtually no discomfort with my first root canal. Chelsea was very reassuring and informative, which was very helpful because I was nervous!! She and Dr. Dan explained everything and prepared me with what to expect. They were both very attentive, ensuring I was as comfortable as possible. Dr. Dan did a masterful job and will now be my go-to for any dental needs! Thank you Middletown Valley!! You guys rock!!
