Would give them zero stars if I could. I was hospitalized 11/23 for a UTI andow kidney function. I was treated and released. It was intermediary of my appointment. I go in still full blown UTI. They separate my BP and fluid med and tell me to drink water and cranberry. Today 1 week later Im in agony from UTI pain and have full-blown covid. They will NOT call in macrobid and I cannot be seen in ofc. So I guess they expect their patients to go sepsis and die.
I have been to this office twice. The first time was right after an ice storm, so I took in stride the high patient count and chalked it up to trying to catch up. This second time however was worse than the first. We are still in a pandemic situation and their very tiny waiting room has people jammed packed like sardines. It is unconscionable that the medical profession would allow this situation to go on like it does. I do not hold the doctors subordinates to blame but the people that run this operation. It's a clear case of putting a profit before the wellbeing of the patients. This place Mid-South Nephrology clinic should be investigated for placing people's lives and health in danger.
Over crowded not enough parking spaces or room in the office for the high Patient volume very slow they don't handle their business well not at all unless iam Forster to come back i will not be returning i have never seen a doctor office run so poorly then i have seen today
