Loved them, dentist always terrify me these dentist were so nice, they explained everything, never made me feel stupid for asking questions, definitely recommend!
My family and I love coming to Chippewa Falls Midwest Dental. The staff is amazing! Cindy at the front desk is always so cheerful and makes all who enter feel comfortable and welcome. She is so knowledgeable, and remembers so many details about patients that you won’t ever feel like a number. She is super helpful when understanding my benefits and getting me in for my appointments. The Dentist is nice, super approachable and very good with my son. My Hygenist Katie is so amazing! She’s gentle with my cleanings but super thorough. As a mother herself she’s great with my son and makes him feel involved when I come for my cleanings. I actually look forward to coming to the dentist because it’s visiting with old friend but with the bonus of great dental care. It only gives you 5 stars to pick, but they are definitely a 10!
I have horrific anxiety and the dentist is a definite trigger for me. Not this time! Every person I came in contact with was already aware of my issue and they were reassuring me through the whole process. Engaged with me like I was a person and not just a client. It honestly was the first time I left the dentist without crying. Thank you to each and everyone of you for being who you are and helping me on this journey to love my smile again

Nice and fast was there early took me in right away the lady that did my x-rays and cleaned my teeth was very nice and polite was recommended by by Scott and the doctor was nice to from what I seen only seen them for a few minutes got information taken care of right away phone number taken care of right away very nice and fast
Great experience!!! The staff was friendly and professional. I had a crown come off and they were able to get me in right away. I was very happy the dentist could re-attach my existing crown.
I really appreciate the efforts Midwest Dental is taking to keep themselves and patients safe from the spread of infection. Aside from that, my hygienist is the reason I've stayed with Midwest Dental. She's personable, professional, and kind. Update: For some reason, this office cannot keep a dentist for very long, and the quality of the ones they do bring in, permanent or temporary, varies. I originally began going to this office because I knew the dentist who was there at the time and he did good work. I've stayed because of my hygienist, but after the work the most recent dentist did, I may not be going back.

These other reviews aren't bunk. I went over a decade without visiting a dentist, based solely on my opinion that "the dentist is awful." I was having severe tooth pain that was spreading to my sinuses, so I had to go. Dr Clark and his staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. I had a lot wrong with my teeth, but I didn't feel judged. I got a cleaning and a write up for future needs. I waited until I had insurance to go back, and my experience was just the same. Friendly staff, calming dentist, and a great, painless job. I got a cavity filled perfectly with no discomfort or anxiety, and was out in less than 30 minutes. I know have zero hesitation making a new appointment because Dr Clark has won my confidence
I typically go to a dentist in Madison, but when I moved to Chippewa Falls, I had to find a new dentist- so I tried out Midwest dental of Chippewa Falls. I had to have a a filling replaced that I originally had installed when I was 11 years old. At my appointment the dentist seemed rushed, and didn’t communicate with me during the procedure of what was happening or what to expect. She was snippy with the assistant hygienist when they were both working on my mouth at the same time. I had no idea that I was going to be numbed and wasn’t told until after the dentist feeling an intense pain and then watching the Syringe come out of my mouth. Also, my last filling that was installed, was smooth and not noticeable, and my filling that was just installed is very noticeable and not smooth to the surface. My prior dentist always had great customer care by showing me in a mirror what the end result would be and how they are changing my current teeth, however this dentist did not share anything which made me feel uncomfortable. I have been in pain since getting the procedure which I have never had before with a filling.
