Great Harley dealer! All the people that work there are friendly and professional. Rich was great to work with, no pressure. They have a vast amount of bikes. They know what they are talking about. I went in today for first time and they made me feel like part of the family. I bought my bike at a great price and am picking it up in a couple days. Thanks Rich!

Picked up my 20’ Sportster 1200 last week at Mikes Famous, & i love it! They made it too easy to get on a bike, handled everything professionally, and has ensured consistency throughout purchases friends of mine had made as well! Definitely a solid place to snag any choice of hog that suits your style
So I’ve already posted a review for my first experience! Now from the photos you can see I know longer have a softail I now have a new 2022 Road Glide Special. Once again I can’t thank everyone enough! If I forget to mention anyone I apologize! Alonzo, my man! Took care of me start to finish hooked me up with the best opinion and just great customer service. Cheryl and Amy both were great putting the deal together and making it happen for me! Tylor man you’re a great dude and just a pleasure to work with to get all the paperwork signed! Now as soon as I bought the bike I need a new Klock Works windshield because I was riding home and wanted something taller and also a few days later I put a new Rinehart exhaust on. Thank you to Jason, Fred and the other kind woman who works at the parts counter I’m sorry I forgot your name for just hooking me up, and being patient with me! The whole parts team just killed it with great customer service! The night I bought my new bike everyone stayed late! Not one person complained or was frustrated that they had to. They gave me the best new bike buying experience I could ask for! Between my father and I that’s four bikes bought in 2 months from Mike’s Famous! We refuse to go anywhere else! I’d rather drive 1 hour then 5 minutes to get my parts or a bike just because of the employees! Alonzo, Tylor, Amy, Cheryl, Jason and Fred thank you guys so so much! For everything you have done for me, every time I call for something you all hook me up with great service answering all of my questions and just going above and beyond! To the owner “Mike” you have a great staff and are truly lucky to have the crew that you have as long as the people I mentioned are there I’ll never go anywhere else!
Quick excellent service, every thing was well explained, got me back on the road ASAP Met Shawn, Carolyn, Susan, Kevin, Taylor, all nice and personable, just a great group of people. Carolyn has been there 7 years, that tells you how good Mike treats everyone.
Words cannot describe my level of satisfaction with the customer service I received at Mike’s! I went in to meet with Kevin for my pre-class orientation and ended up leaving financing a brand new 2021 Harley Davison Iron 883. Kevin, Shirl, and Tylor worked tirelessly to ensure that everything went off without a hitch! After securing me the financing, Kevin took me around the store to help me get my gear for class and to show me all the services that Mikes offers to customers. I would like to bring special attention to not Only those listed, but to Cait and DJ for their assistance as well. Kevin and everyone went out of their way to make me feel like a part of the family and not just a customer. I highly recommend Mikes to anyone who’s in the market for a new bike!!
My father and I just recently both purchased bikes! We had Alonzo as our guy showing us the bikes and also worked with Amy and Tylor. As small business owners ourselves I know the meaning of great customer service. Firstly, I’d like to say thank you to Alonzo for just making this experience the best possible experience by helping me out start to finish. Secondly, Amy was there to help out with setting up the deal and just being a great representative of the company and also a joy to work with! Thirdly, Tylor the person who gets all your paperwork complete before the deal is finalized. He was awesome! Overall it has been a great experience! I’m absolutely impressed and can not say enough good things about everyone I spoke with and worked with! Thank you guys and girls and thank you to Mike’s Famous! Great company and great service I’ll always take the 55min drive to go from RI to CT just to see Alonzo, Amy and Tylor!
Very large collection of bikes, great staff. If you have any issues or concern they will take the time to explain. They also provide new driver courses as well.
I've purchased 3 Harley's from Mike's Famous in New London. Always friendly, very helpful and a huge selection of bikes to chose from. When I'm ready for a fourth I'll be returning to Mike's!
This is a very nice dealership. Lots of nostalgic stuff that give it some real flair. Tons of bikes to choose from. Staff was nice and we had a great conversation with the sales rep. It is in a very unusual place but I like it. It's an old converted warehouse. Well worth the stop.
