Yesterday 7-30-23 there was 2 Incidents!! A lady said the F Word since she got ripped off from a delivery order, then a homeless guy came in yes he called the waitress the N word. I would of been mad too, but the waiter went off cussing and telling the man if he came back in he had a knife and would slit his throat. This was our 2nd visit there, it was our children's 1st visit. It just left a bad taste in our mouths... We wanted to get up and leave before we got our meal, we didn't though!!! Our children wanted to leave too We were celebrating our grandsons 15th birthday.. It was just ashamed!! The waiter could of handled it much better. Yes he apologized, then my husband tried talking to him about the situation and the waiter started getting snippy with him. So we're done don't want to return to this location!!!
Phenomenal. I've gone to another Italian restaurant for over 25 years, but since working on a different side of town my husband and I decided to try Milano's. We are converts. Their sauce is drinkable. It's perfect. I didn't need to add anything to it to make it palatable. Their calzone is the absolute best that I've ever add and my husband adored the lasagna. We also tried the garlic cheese bread, it too was incredible. The Italian dressing for the salad was perfect. I'm so impressed and yet a little sad that we won't be going to our old favorite. We've known them for years. The prices at Milano's are even more affordable. This place is a must try. I promise you won't be able to find fault with it, we truly wanted to try everything on the menu tonight.
Amazing food. Went in for a sit down lunch with my coworkers, and got the Eggplant Parmigiana. The waiter is always a gentleman, he always takes care of us, and we are never waiting for anything. The food was more than enough, it was the lunch special, and came with a salad, garlic bread, spaghetti and the Eggplant. Fantastic, I fully recommend this restaurant.
What is servers here? Oh fairy French, full and accommodating the food is fantastic. I only wish that my Dave had shown up ha ha! But I do have a Lotta good food to bring home :-
So this review is an update to my previous one. The Dine-in experience was very bad. I took a friend and myself out to eat there on a friday about 30 minutes before their dinner rush and were more or less ignored. We were one of 4 customers in the building when we arrived and it took over half an hour for our barbecue wings to be made. I can only guess but because we were somewhat shabby dressed and only got appetizers I beileve the wait staff did not see us as potentially good tippers and thus we were ignored . I could be wrong but that is distinctly what if felt like. As for ordering out do yourself and others a favor and go elsewhere. The orders are ethier over-cooked or poorly prepared in general. Unless you want Cannolis those are still very good, they are why this place is not a one star. Overall the last few times I have ordered out or gone in have been downright unpleasant experiences. I'll be taking my money elsewhere. If you do go here and want chicken wings ask for extra sauce, they put almost none on my final order.

Definitely some great Italian food! They know what they are doing that’s for sure! Great selection of Entrees and starters. Homemade pizza in a nice brick oven. Also has a full bar if you just want to sit with a couple buddies! Definitely a nice family place!
