The food was VERY good. The minced jalapenos in the cheese dip was delicious and just hot enough. The chicken burrito had wonderful mild flavor, and had SO much chicken in it that I couldn't finish it. The waitress we had was sweet and fast. Overall I was very impressed with the food and the atmosphere was great right off the beach with a nice breeze. Oh, and the 1876 Margarita was amazing. I thought I'd tried all the variations of "fresh sour mix", but this one topped them all!!
The food is really great. The drinks were frozen and delicious, and the view was breathtaking. My only challenge was the service. There seemed to be enough servers to not really explain excessive wait times a handful of people were experiencing. I will definitely try it again!
Great beer and drink selection. Extensive menu with lots of options. Close to the beach and pier with great views. Almost an open air atmosphere, the back of the building beach side has large windows and they also have patio seating outside. The beer selection is actually fairly priced compared to other places in the area. Would recommend for after lunch drinks and a quick bite. Menu is fair priced with many "south of the border" and "American Mexican" dining options.
Oh my goodness.... I'm not sure where this picture came from because I'm positive they brought out an empty plate. ; I'm not sure I stopped for a breath. Fish tacos were phenomenal! Stole a bite of my friends chicken nachos too, chicken was cooked fabulously. Service matched the food. If you're a smoker- don't leave your chips unattended, we did watch some unattended chips get claimed by the local birds. Partially funny, partially concerning.... guess it makes me thankful I quit that habit years ago!
Lovely place. I found it better sitting outside than inside when the weather permits. Nice views of the nearby Beach area. Service started off slow but picked up after getting the first order in. Food was great. Drinks were light on the alcohol but still tasted good regardless.
We loved the taco options and enjoyed everyone we ate. I ordered the Ceviche, Surf & Turf and the shrimp sriracha. My fiance ordered the hamburger and the Americana. It was a great little spot and fun for people watching.
Nice place to eat & drink outdoors and on the beach. Excellent Pier Cantina Salad. Great Rita's and service. Fast kitchen. Plenty of free parking.
$3 specialty tacos on Sundays. Hangover taco and their steak are to die for. High quality ingredients and such a beautiful location. Awesome drink specials, plenty of nearby parking.
Sundays : $3 tacos They have different food and drink specials 7 days a week. The tacos a pretty good but really, nothing beats being able to eat tacos while sitting oceanside. Great place to get drinks, eat food, people watch, listen to music, and at night fun to dance. There's a huge parking lot but I believe it costs $10 to park there. I either ride my bike or park elsewhere.
Had a few hours to kill before a flight and drove out here to find a place to have lunch at the beach. It fit the bill perfectly with fish tacos on the patio with a beach view and a great vibe. The staff was great as well.
