Exceptional Service and Unmatched Attention to Detail  I recently had the privilege of working with Miles Funeral Home during a difficult time for my family, and I can confidently say that their exceptional service and unwavering attention to detail surpassed all expectations.  From the moment we walked through their doors, we were met with a sense of compassion and professionalism that immediately put us at ease. The staff at Miles Funeral Home went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our experience was tailored to our needs and wishes.  Their attention to detail was truly remarkable. Every arrangement, from helping set up my fathers Harley jacket to all of the personalized keepsakes. It was evident that they had taken the time to truly understand and honor his memory. Ricky Jr. had helped us the most and was so kind, genuine and understanding. He made me feel at ease even when plans had to change. I'm forever grateful for his kindness in such a difficult time.  Throughout the entire process, the team demonstrated a level of empathy that eased our emotional burden. They guided me through the planning with patience, offering valuable insights while always prioritizing my comfort and wishes. Our family has relied on Miles to help us through many losses.  We've found Rick Mansfield and his staff to be infinitely kind and accommodating.  At a time when we who grieve, are least able to think or plan, it's a great comfort to know that the Miles' team will see to every detail, walking beside us through the process - bringing a sense of comfort and dignity.  They listen - intently and with great compassion.  They have always gone above and beyond to bring comfort to our grieving family.

My sister was Joyce Latino. Her service and burial were August 25, 2023. My family and I were extremely pleased with our entire dealings with Miles. From the availability of all your facility and services. The weather was most uncooperative that day but umbrellas were available and thankful used. We would highly recommend your services to anyone who asked.

We used Miles in September to plan my Grandmother's services. Ricky and the rest of the men at Miles made this heartbreaking time a bit more tolerable. Their comforting/compassionate demeanor and thoughtfulness is something my family appreciated deeply. The entire planning process was made simple and they went above and beyond throughout the entirety of it. The services were absolutely beautiful. My family has used Miles Funeral home for many years. Most recently we laid my mom to rest. We called them as soon as my mom passed at home and they were there to help guide us through the whole process from start to finish. They were professional, respectful and caring. There are difficult decisions to be made at this time but for my brothers and I we felt supported by the team at Miles. We never felt rushed and could grieve the loss of our mom while knowing they had it all organized and under control. Our family lost our mother on October 27, 2022. The loss was a life-changing and a devastating event. We interviewed numerous funeral homes and selected Miles Funeral Home in Holden. I cannot articulate how amazing Bruce Wahle and his team were to our family. They went above and beyond our expectations. From the moment when mom’s remains were collected to the last day, Bruce and his team were remarkable. The service was emotional though exceptionally beautiful. Their support and guidance made horrible days manageable. That to us was the best possible outcome. Thank you so much for being there for us during those challenging times.

My Father Paul passed away pretty unexpectedly.  The Miles funeral home and staff gave us tremendous help and comfort throughout such a terribly stressful and chaotic time.
