I use this practice because of the genuine, on site 24 hour service. The prices are in line with other vets. You may not see the same vet each time but that doesn't worry me and I could make a request if I wanted to. The value of the Pet Club for flea treatment, boosters, nails etc is very good.
Caring staff and excellent professional service. My cat was examined and given an echocardiogram by Sheena. She was wonderful with my Cat and extremely knowledgeable. I was especially pleased to be allowed to be present for the scan, and for the detailed explanation and specialist advice given. Thank you so much!
The surgery is really professional and have always been able to assist straight away in an emergency. They are great at following up with nervous human parents and the online appointments and ordering is handy. Great team!
I had my first visit to Milford hospital this week, for my dog Fifi. And i am so happy to of changed to this vet practice. The vet was so caring and understanding of Fifis anxiety which made me feel better. The reception staff were also friendly and helpful.
We took GumGum for his yearly vaccine and check up, he was seen by a very caring vet called Ally,all the staff are very friendly would highly recommend this vets .
MVH fitted us in when our elderly cat was very poorly and our regular vet let us down badly. She ultimately needed to be euthanased but their kindness and compassion throughout made a difficult decision easier and a little more bearable. If we're adopted by any cats in future, Milford Veterinary Hospital will be our first choice of vet.
Amazing ppl. Really helpful and sensitive at during what has been a difficult time. Honest and discreet with prices so no nasty surprises on that front.
Really great vets - friendly and caring and really clear about costs and treatment options- always go above and beyond!
Amazing out of ours service who treated our cat a few weeks ago. We were so grateful that the vet took the time to explain all the options and all the staff took such excellent care, even giving us further advice over the phone when we had questions. Hopefully we won’t need to use their services but if we do, it’s really reassuring to know this is just up the road.
Lovely staff, very calm and professional, really happy to answer questions and no pressure at all if I needed to think about my options. Very open and up front about costs which makes a lovely change! My dogs actually love the vets! The cat not so much...but that's no reflection on the vets - he doesn't like anyone, so I appreciated the calm manner while dealing with him! Highly recommended.
