Milford-whitinsville Regional Hospital

Everytime i have come here, and there have been many, everyone of the staff have been very professional and attentive. It is so convenient and wait times have been within reason. I would recommend this urgent care.

Would be nice if you updated your hours on your website, Google and/or your phone service so people don’t waste their time driving there only to get hit with a notice on the door saying you close 15 mins earlier than you state everywhere! Really not helpful in an urgent situation!

John Andrea should be drug tested and then fired! Don't go here for PCP care. Seeing John Andrea was the worst mistake of my life. I went to go see him with a serious injury. The man misdiagnosed me, and refused to readdress the issue. The injury never healed, leaving my health a mess. While this quack got rich of me. I'm still cleaning up after this fool. John Andrea should be fired!

This review is for the urgent care and sadly this location does NOT offer urgent care only covid testing. They may claim they offer it but do not. Staff I met were very nice but it is going to be a 4++hrs wait you can do better at any ER in the country even with a full moon on a sat night.

We've visited this urgent care multiple time for many different reason and have received nothing but the best care available. Thank you so much for taking care of my family over the years.

I was bleeding really badly and needed stitches. No one even looked at my leg once they got my name and Info. I was bleeding on their chair in the waiting area. After a half hour I left.

My visit was quick and I found the visit to be professional and very accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend it highly to others who live in the area!

I called up today around 11am because I wanted to become a new patient. The lady at the desk was not helpful at all! She seemed bothered by the fact that I was looking to become a new patient. She never asked my name or booked anything! She just said no appointments available till December....I could not get over the lack of fuks that this lady had for a potential new patient. Due to her poor attitude and the fact that she did not care at all, I will be going somewhere else for my medical needs. Thanks for nothing Tri-County!

I sat in that office for 45 minutes waiting for the doctor today!!!! I made an 11:15 appt this morning for today beacause I'm throwing up blood..... Got there at exactly 11:12 and saw a nurse and into a room right away then 45 mins later I walk out of the room to reception to inform them I had to leave to pick up my daughter and that it's not ok if your 10 mins late to your appt and they cancel it but I wait 45 mins..... They reschedule me til Friday..... Going to the ER now...... I've been a patient with tri-county for 14 years!!!! I've always waited a bit for the doctor compared to my kid's pediatrician but seriously 45 mins is not ok to leave somebody waiting!!!! We have lives also!!!! Thanks for nothing Tri-County!!!!! I'm switching Primary care doctor immediately!!!!! So not ok!!!!!
