Linda the manager was amazing delt with anything we needed right away morning noon am night !! Nothing bad to say about them at all : very satisfied
After living here for almost 6 years. The lot fees go up almost annually with little to no improvements in park infrastructure. The garbage pick up is bi weekly not in compliance with the NB mobile home act and snow removal is an absolute joke. !!EDIT!! July 23/2018 After 2 years of calling, management finally got around to removing one of the 2 utility poles that were heavily leaning towards my neighbors trailor, The contactors solution: cut one out, leave the other and tie it with a rope at the top to a third pole they added. Highest lot fees in the city, just received notice that they will once again be raised. it seems we get an annual lot fee increase and no improvements in the park to show for it. shame.
The management company continuously lies to you at their convenience about the terms of the contract. Its very fraustrating given they never return my calls when they say they will. They always perform less than the bare minimum when doing things like changing water lines. It took them nearly 6 months to finalise the lease.
Park manager not very friendly I’ve visited twice from Manitoba too see my son and nothing but negativity from park manager if you don’t want parking on the grass put up no parking signs don’t be so lazy and she’s also deterred me from buying property in this park
Seems like a nice place. My wife's grandmother is there and she seems very happy. Lots of events and things for her to do.
