I’ve only seen one other worker working there. Usually only 1 person is staffed. She forgot to put aloe on my eyebrows afterwards. My skin does turn red after threading it. She’ll ask you for what you want in the eyebrow. And you can tell her what you want. Every time Lata does it, she does it phenomenally, she makes it even and does what I like. I’ve been going here for years. There’s no eye massage anymore. No restrooms. Lots of parking lots
I simply wanted to get my armpits waxed. She did not want to provide pricing and hung up on me that Customer Service right off the bat no wonder they are struggling
Just HORRIBLE! She glued my eyes together and ripped out so many of my natural lashes pulling them apart. Some of my natural lashes were sticking out from underneath poking my eyes, her solution was to pull them out, they look VERY CHEAP and ugly! I hated them immediately! I highly recommend you do NOT come here, save your money, your time and your lashes

They hired a new older women thats is extremely racical. And shows you color when the own is not there which by the way the own is normal at the end and takes the money when she there. The older lady in here later 40 always wears dresses dont like blacks and and like working on males. She said its against her religion. She states its unclean for a women to touch a male. I laughed your trimming my eyebrows! It said on the windows it states male and female you cant do that thats sexes thats like refusing to work on some like heres a example not helping black person she states I dont work on those type of people either they have to many problems and are difficult. They can stay away by the way fyi. iam not black iam white male that has gone there for 5 years after here her state these to things I will never returned too many on each corner
I used to come here all the time. They hired a new lady and she is extremely careless with her threading and doesn't spend quality time on each customer. Very disappointed and the service used to be so amazing here. I haven't been back and don't plan to any time soon.
I've been getting my eyebrows done since they opened. The service is fantastic, the massages are amazing and most of all I love my eyebrow lady Lada!!!!

It was my first time here and the lady who was doing my eyberows knew and so I didn't know that they changed for the upper lip and she didn't tell me, I ended up paying $9.50 and they didn't come out even n both had mistakes never going there again better of doing them myself
