Jerry and Donita Price opened Mill Creek Jewelers in 1991 and quickly became a staple in the local community. For the past nineteen years, they have cherished their friendships with the community and enjoyed people stopping in as they are out running errands. A recently completed remodel has given the Price's and their customers an elegant, but comfortable location to visit.

We received excellent service from Mill Creek Jewelers and give it our highest endorsement. My wife had a damaged ring that had a stone missing. They not only replaced the stone but also repaired five tips on the ring to better secure the remaining stones. They were friendly and engaging, quoted a fair price, which was the actual price we paid, the timeliness of completed repair and the communication through the process was first-rate. We were especially impressed with the care given to us by Kathryn.
Best place for repairs and great service. Wife had her wedding band cut off during surgery. They repaired and resized it for under $100! Had other repairs done, very happy with the quality of work and pricing. Ring is 20 years old and now it looks better than new. Awesome service as well, very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
My parents have been customers here for awhile, and recommended them to me originally before I got engaged, and I've been a return customer since. They resized two rings for me in a short amount of time, for reasonable cost. More recently, another jeweler told my wife her ring needed extensive work in order to not lose the stones, and quoted her over $400. I took it to Mill Creek for a second opinion, and they determined it only needed some tightening, and charged me far less. Thank you for your honesty and integrity, you have saved me several hundred dollars of unnecessary work over the years!
Jerry provides the best customer service I have ever experienced from a jeweler. The pieces he carries are so unique and special--I couldn't imagine a more beautiful or "me" engagement ring if I had drawn it myself. He also takes the time to get to know you he knew my fiance and me by name after one visit, and when he gives you his guarantee, he means it. I am so happy my fiance went to Mill Creek jewelers !
After a not so great experience picking out my wedding ring at the last jewelers, Jerry was so welcoming and made this experience so much more pleasant. I really felt like he cared about his customers. I will be coming back here for any jewelry I purchase in the future!
I had the opportunity to work seasonally for these wonderful people. Every individual on the team at MCJ is extremely warm, competent, professional, and has a solid history in the fine jewelry business. I now live far away but will come back to them across state lines for all of my watch and fine jewelry purchasing, repair, and design needs. They have an amazing combination of quality, integrity, guest service, and community-mindedness. I wish every business I worked with held to the same values.
I love this place. Everyone is absolutely wonderful. I could have purchased an engagement ring anywhere, but the staff here really made me feel like part of the family. I can't even imagine buying any form of jewelry anywhere else now. Do yourself a favor and at least go check them out. Customer service is outstanding!!!
I have done business with Jerry and Donita at Milll Creek Jewelers for about 20 year. They are lovely, gracious people who give great service. I have purchased many items for myself and other and have been extremely pleased with everything. I give them my highest recommendation.
I have been going to Mill Creek Jewelry for over to 27 years. I have done everything from having a loose emerald set, and appraisial of my jewelry, to purchasing multiple pieces always knowing they were the best. I like unique items and knew I could depend on seeing it at Mill Creek Jewelry.
The review about Mill Creek Jewelers losing a diamond and scratching a watch is a false accusation and these people have never even been in our store. We have been in business over twenty years and rely on our reputation, our customer service and take much pride in this. We have not had a diamond fall out of a ring nor have we scratched an expensive or inexpensive watch for that matter. Thanks for your time - Gerald Price
