Miller Funeral Home was an option recommended by a BMH nurse that had used their services for her mother and I am forever grateful based on my experience. Highly satisfied and will recommend them to all I know.
My family has used this funeral home for many years. The staff is so courteous, respectul, and helpful during your time of mourning. They aren't pushy salespeople trying to make a dollar off your grief like some other funeral homes do. They take the time to go over all aspects of the services they provide and never pressure you into hasty decisions. After dealing with some other funeral homes I think is the best one in Blount County.
My mother was flown from out of state to Knoxville where Miller Funeral Home received her. From the time we initially called from out of town we were wary. As it turned out we had a right to. The lack of professionalism was apparent from the first contact until the last. We used Miller’s Funeral Home at my mothers request. If she had know how little professionalism was apparent I’m sure she would have chose another place.
Amaxing staff! Beyound 5 Star!! Kind, considerate & most of all compassionate. At a time of unexpected, overwhelming grief........the staff were very kind & helped our family through tough decisions. God bless the staff of Miller Funeral Home!
Great grandmother pass away in September and it February still havent receive death certificate. This is crazy even Blount county record office cant do anything till Miller take care of there end and send it in.
I highly recommend Miller's Funeral Home David helped me so much during such a unexpected loss of my husband he is a Blessing to many I'm grateful for his help.
