This location is clean and the staff are friendly. It wasn’t busy when I arrived and I was seen within 10 minutes of filling out paperwork. Without insurance your self pay fee is $115 which is reasonably priced, I have seen this fee as high as $300 out of pocket.  From the front desk staff the the nurses and doctors, I had a positive experience. I will be back again for any urgent care needs. Thank you for your patience.

Have gone there multiple times, and each time the staff has been wonderful and so helpful to me at some of my worst points. Always a quick wait time and i am almost never in there for over half an hour. Nice waiting room and the programs run on the tv are pretty nostalgic.

My husband saw Dr. Goldstein for swelling and pain of his foot. He took his time diagnosing, sent us for X-rays and a sonogram. A short time later we received a call with results. He was caring and answered all our questions . He is definitely an asset to the medical profession. Highly recommend him .

Visited here after I badly cut my finger on a table saw. Dr. Villacci and staff took excellent care of me. I was seen right away. He also referred me to another excellent Dr after they deemed it was too much work for them to handle at urgent care. Thank you all for the great care

NP Laura has some of the best bedside manner I have ever seen

I had visited two weeks ago and had to pay a copay for a maybe 10min visit that resulted in the doctor telling me there’s nothing they could do. When I called back two weeks later to express my injury is still not healed they said i should go get evaluated by my primary care doctor and pay another copay for the same injury that i had already been evaluated for at this current location. Seems like their quick to not give patients proper considerations or respect

This place is clean. I only waited for few minutes before going in to be checked by the nurse. Everything went very smoothly, the doctor was attentive. I like this urgent care better than the one near where I live. Recommended.

Dr. Torres is amazing, kind, knowledgeable and hella efficient.  She explained everything. She even knew which pharmacy was going to be open so my prescriptions could be started that night!  The entire staff was really nice too.  I am thankful for the care I received on August 24, 2022.

Last Sunday night I went in there and the reception staff told me they were "on a pause" because they had patients already. The waiting room had one person in it. I went back the following Tuesday around 430,  the waiting room was empty and I was told it would be an hour and a half wait, like I was at Applebee's. I told them to change the name to not sure urgent care and left. I hope this review finds someone in their facility, it is clear that they have a problem with a combination of attitude and mismanagement at this location. It was my go to location, no I will find another.

At 9:26pm I was told they weren’t taking new patients because they close at 10pm. I told them the situation, they rolled their eyes, and told me to go in the back. The doctor was extremely rude. She prescribed an antibiotic and asked if we were picking it up the same night, and I said we will in the morning, and she said “well you rushed in here for an emergency you have to get it tonight.” Actually, I rushed in to see if my situation was an emergency, which the doctor said it wasn’t. Ugh. Disgusted. Your job isn’t hard. Just do it with a smile and respect patients.
