Milton Art Museum is a collection in residence at Massasoit Community College, Canton Campus since 2003. It was established as a 501c3 in 1986, and is an independent entity, overseen and operated by a volunteer Board of Trustees. Hours are in accordance with the college's Academic Calendar. Admission is free.
The Milton Art Museum holds 260 pieces in its' permanent collection of limited edition, signed European and Western prints by masters like Renoir, Whistler, Kollwitz, and Turner. Contemporary works include Calder, Motherwell, Warhol and more. Remington and Russell sculptures, Asian art and objects, and a 16th century Dutch Master painting by Cornelis Bisschop.
