A local cafe serving great drinks and food. Famous for the Full English Breakfast and Waffles. Plenty of seating area and excellent service. If you get Richard to serve you, you will understand what I mean. Great guy to talk to, and goes well out his way to make sure you are happy and feel welcomed. It’s a homely place where the quality of food is also great. The coffee is good quality and well prepared. There’s plenty of variety in the food menu too from Bubble teas to ice cream. Highly recommended if in the area or passing by.
This place is always a pleasure to visit! I have been here many times for a coffee or for short meetings and the vibes are awesome. Always so relaxed, warm and inviting - it really is a calming place to be. On this occasion I visited with my children Ages 3,5,7 and we ordered a waffles, Gelato, milkshakes, coffee and ice cream. We asked for extra items for the kids that were not on the menu and the staff were more than willing to accommodate the requests which made it even more of an enjoyable experience for the kids and us all as a family. Everything we ordered was lovely - especially the Taster Waffles which were delicious, tasty and just the right proportions! Would highly recommend this place! Parking is limited outside the premises, but there is ample parking a few minutes away when approaching from Southall direction on many of the surrounding roads!
Georgous desserts and the price is on par with any dessert establishment. This one is the only place in the local are which serves this menu. Staff very warm and friendly. My little one enjoyed her pink cake which was surprising as she hates cake. Spied some breakfast orders and we will be back to try it at some point. A gem in Heston.
Had a nice experience. They have added a beautiful center piece decor as well recently. Crepe and waffles were delicious and off course the Chai Latte. 4 stars because the service was bit off. Though not bad but I think they need to be a bit more proactive. Otherwise Totally recommend the place.
Tried this for the second time. At first it was breakfast, which was fantastic. Good variety of halal and Vegetarian food. Apple crumble was nice at first but overtime the flavours seem to fade. Custard was truly buttery as written on the menu but wasn’t sweet enough. Nachos were absolutely fantastic. Tangy, salty with a kick from jalapeños. Jacket potato was a jacket potato lol. Can’t change or beat a classic. If you’re around this area please do give it a try and share your opinion. Also remember this place is known for its dessert and Im still yet to give more of the menu a try. Decor was also nice. Very clean with a touch of sheek.
This place is a disgrace to hounslow, it is a shame many people pay such high prices for literally nothing . We ordered 2 waffles at 8.95 each, we were really disappointed with today's quality and food. I would never ever come here again. I have come here before 2 years back and it was horrible, I thought it would have improved but some things don't happen. We asked for some cutlery and she said " there is one there" I can't believe that I needed 2 more sets of cutlery for my friends and she has the attitude to tell me she can't get 2 forks!! If I could I would rate 0 stars Very very disappointed
Lovely dessert. Nice family place. Only one thing is no parking.
Spending the weekend at Park grand hotel in London and near by is this cafe. Probably the best hot chocolate I’ve had in a while. Food and welcoming is awesome.
Visited in 2019 and had beautiful food with faultless service, staff were polite. Visited a couple of times for gelato and coffee over the past couple of months and things have taken a turn for the worst. The staff are terrible, so different to when we first visited. Too busy chatting, I have been stood for over 5 minutes waiting for somebody to take my order whilst the staff have seen me and not even taken the time to say ‘sorry give me two minutes and I’ll be with you’. Had this experience more than once now, too busy chatting with other members of staff completely unprofessional. Coffee was absolutely terrible, scolding hot burnt milk for over £4 with dairy free milk!!! Even stopped half way through steaming the milk to speak to a customer and then went back to steaming…. Completely unprofessional. Gelato portions are beyond a joke for the price. Customer service non existent Such a shame as this place was so good when it first opened EDIT: just read that the old owner sold up, that’s why the new staff are so terrible.
What happened to the amazing round cheese cakes you used to do? Replaced with really small slices, that taste absolutely nothing like cheesecake! Used to do really lovely old fashioned cake, with thick icing now it just looks fake. After using you for some time, I won’t be returning, defo gone down hill, such a shame. :-
