Mimmo's Laurel, Ms

We visited Mimmo's Ristorante Pizzeria for lunch while touring Laurel. We enjoyed our meals very much! My wife ordered a Caesar Salad with chicken, and I had Penne Alla Caprese with shrimp added. My wife let me have a little of her salad she ordered the big one. The romaine lettuce was fresh and crisp, the shavings of Parmesan cheese were robust and plentiful, and the dressing had an appropriate sharpness to it. As for my Penne Alla Caprese, the pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce was flavorful but not overpowering. It was perfect for lunch. Our service was also quite good, and the unsweetened iced tea that came with my meal was crisp and refreshing.

Menu selections were amazing. We had the most amazing bread sticks covered in yummy butter and garlic. Our server was Kameree she did an amazing job of taking care of us. She could actually pronounce the names of the menu items. All in all our visit was great and we'll be going backFood: 5/5

My family loves Mimmo's, but we definitely miss the other location as it was more home feeling and feel like the food portions were better . The Lasagna is pricey, but it is damn good! And also now you have to ask for the bread and oil as before they would bring it out automatically. But my wife wanted some Mimmo's, so she got it!Food: 4/5

A very open aired dining experience. Very high, industrial ceilings which gave it a certain ambiance. Nate was excellent server and we noted how the manager jumped right in to assist. We got there right when a group of about 35 customers sat at two long tables. We thought our food would take longer but that was not the case. My wife’s fettuccini was excellent as well as My egg plant parmigiana. Calamari as an appetizer was nice as breading was light. Desert was good as well. Reasonably priced. We highly recommend eating here.

Food was good server was friendly and efficient, she took good care of our needs. We got there about 4:45pm and by the time we got our food it had gotten busy. Mimmo's was a recommendation from someone at Scotsman General store. We ordered a pepperoni pizza & house salad. They serve coke products Parking: Lots of parking behind the building

We ordered a supreme pizza. Good flavor, ample toppings. The edges of the thin crust pizza were nicely done slightly charred, very good flavor. The rest of the crust was soggy unfortunately. Other pizza establishments manage to get a crisp crust throughout, so there must be something that needs to be adjusted. Good service even while the young man was training another server.

We sat at the bar. No wait. Love the super high ceilings. Menu names are in Italian but the description is in English. The bartender was fantastic. The olive oil and the table bread were fantastic. Grazie Mimmo ! Arrivederci alla prossima !Food: 5/5

We love Mimmo's! Fire brick oven pizza and awesome pasta. My favorite is the chicken parmesian. You get a very large chicken breast over pasta with flavorful marina. It's awesome. Oh and don't forget to try the garlic knots for an appetizer!

Nate was the best server!! We enjoyed our meal he was fast and very attentive super charming! We had the garlic rolls and a pepperoni pizza. We will be back for sure Food: 4/5

The food isn’t bad, but it’s not great. Extremely mediocre Italian food. Lean Cuisines have more flavor. The times I’ve gone the service was also slow. Locals also tend to skip it and complain about it when they do go. If they like it, they haven’t had any good Italian food.Food: 2/5
