Why Ayurveda?
My interest in holistic healing came about as a result of my attempt at treating my 4 month old sons chronic ear aches and eczema. After many months of traditional western medical methods failed to improve his condition, I decided to treat him using natural remedies which resulted in alleviating not only his symptoms but I believe cured the underlying causes of his maladies. This started me on the path to discovering the benefits of the holistic Ayurvedic approach to wellness.
Ayurveda is the art of natural healthy living~ it is the science of health & awareness and has been predated for many centuries & has been a wonderful holistic healing tradition to this day.
Ayurveda believes in healing the body as a whole not just putting a band-aid over a current symptom that may be rooting from deep inside the bodies system.
I believe in empowering others by teaching tools that transform, awaken & enrich the body & mind & bringing one's health~ physically & mentally back into the natural state it was designed to be.
