My passion is helping people achieve better health and wellness through Lifestyle Medicine. I offer nutritional counseling using a Whole Food, Plant-Based approach, teaching Mind-Body skills such as meditation and mindfulness practices, and evaluating and treating non-surgical musculoskeletal issues involving the spine, joints, and muscles. Proper diet, control of stress, and exercise can help people prevent, improve, or reverse many diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, cancer, obesity, arthritis, chronic pain, and many others.
