Home of the beautiful 1868 Gundry House and Orchard Lawn. This organization is a unique collection of artifacts and people dedicated to the history of Mineral Point and bringing history to life as the back yard and living room of the community.
Mineral Point has always been about community, about the shared lives and stories of a small town. Similarly, the Mineral Point Historical Society is a community whose members don't necessarily share the same Zip code, but who do share an interest in the history and future of this unique place.
The MPHS is dedicated to preserving the unique history of Mineral Point
