This is the first time I came back to Burlington Mall after covid and I have to rate 5/5 for its upgrade. I just have a baby so I am really impressed with the nursing room and family room. They also have a family area for children to play. Other than that, the new mall looks great. I love it.
Nice Mall over all typical Simon mall new stores incoming, and they have a Cheesecake factory, Primemark is a new anchor store with a good selection of other stores they don't open until 11am most malls are 10 at the latest, the day I went which was Tuesday wasn't crowded at all so for me a very good experience.
I've been going to this mall for over a decade, and have never had a less than ideal experience. One could easily make this place an enjoyable day trip, so many things to enjoy!
This mall always has an extremely clean, inviting and all around feel good environment. The stores are always top notch and the service at all of the restaurants is as well. I personally think they have one of the best cheesecake factories around. I recently went Christmas shopping and it was a little hectic but every store was still very well maintained and had great service. Highly recommended if you are in need of clothes, accessories or even just a walk about.
It's really beautiful for shopping lovers. And from the you get something to eat from cheesecake factory
It is a big mall with no place to seat if you happen to be tired! Literally you spend a good amount of time and money there but they don’t really care about you as a customer!
There are so many good stores here! Great entertaining experience. The restrooms are all well-kept, there are diverse food court options, and a bright and colorful area. Definitely a high quality mall. Great place to go shopping or just window shop.
A fine mall in an era where malls are becoming wastelands of dentists offices, banks, and “local” businesses looking at you “Nativo” and the like that peddle foreign produced or mass manufactured “native” goods. This mall has a fair and balanced variety of retailers, though many definitely lean toward the premium end of things. To me this isn’t a bad thing. Many commodities can be bought much cheaper online or in brick and mortar standalone stores, so might as well save the frustration and pandemonium of a mall visit when you can. The mall has become a “premium” shopping experience in modern times, and I think that that’s okay. Mall was busy when I visited, and parking was ABYSMAL. It took me probably 20 minutes just to park. I also couldn’t figure out if there was a central garage or if it was all surface lots. Not to mention the traffic system could barely handle the amount of cars so, yeah. Avoid during peak times if you can. Food options are PLENTIFUL. While the food court is pretty much 5 variations of the same thing, mixed with Chick Fil A and a Pizza joint, there are many other options attached to the mall or in the surrounding plaza so you’ve got choices. There are a few wings of the mall that show the mall has gone through changes. The empty sears anchor presents an interesting look into the damage that business closures have on a mall, since the wing is pretty much empty, bar a few small stores and phone companies. Overall good mall. A bit premium, but still good and worth the trip if you’re in the mood for some shopping or in search of something for a special someone.
Although I didn't have a chance to wake the entire place, the mall gave out a feeling that it's incomplete. Something about the atmosphere here is not right. The stores also don't look alive and people are very down walking around the place. One of the stores i needed to go to was closed in the middle of the shift GNC and I wasn't able to get from them all i needed. Parking is plenty and you get plenty of restaurant choices on site. It's also right off 93 and close to rt 3.
There are so many different stores and so many different things to choose from. We hit the cheesecake factory everything there was wonderful. They even have a Lego store that we didn't even know existed anymore.
