Minerva Mobile Home Park

Good location. Good management. They are revamping the park currently and will likely look very nice in the near future.

Don't think about moving in this park the park manager has a 35 page police record,she tells everything else about the people,now the home owner has to do all tree trimming they have people in their 60 and70 that don't need to climb a latter,if you sell your trailer they try to prevent you from moving the trailer.

If you are not a friend of the administrator, prepare to receive, Harassment, Discrimination. She’s a person who doesn’t have any ethics and professionalism. The administrator is a fan of order, with those who don't know how to defend themselves, and those who are not her friends. She’s verbally abusive to many tenants and threatens the emotional health of many residents. Minerva Mobile home park, is a community of people with extremely low resources, many of the tenants only receive SSI, which barely what they receive is not enough to pay all their expenses. Disable tenants live there, who cannot fend for themselves and they live in fear, because this lady who manages this community spends her time just harassing those who are least able to and do not have the resources to defend themselves. If you are not from her group of friends, be prepared to receive constant harassment, she looks for any excuse to provoke and steal your Peace and try to remove you from the community.

Not as clean as they show on there opening page. Plus the people in the park that live there, I see alot of them don't have their own parking space. Alot of them are parked almost in the street. You have to be careful when you go down some of the streets so you don't hit someone's car.

My wife and I stopped by for a brief visit. This place is what I like to call "Trailer Park Gold" due to its eclectic collection of old dilapidated trailers. I loved it! We had a great time and recommend others to visit and enjoy all the amenities! Well done Minerva!

Questionable management. She likes to share personal tenant information to residents she says are friends. Clearly a violation of privacy. Nice clean park- extremely nosey neighbors.

I would never recommend this Park Minerva Mobile home parkto anyone, the management doesn't have a clue about running the park, they Discrimination against the disabled and senors beside the PARK does not have any kind of HANDICAPPED ramp they are still on the web all age community, I think anyone wanting to buy a trailer do a criminal background check on the manager and the MAINTENANCE MAN, that Pos has been taking PICTURES of my 10 year OLD granddaughter, we have a PICTURE of him taking the PICTURES of my granddaughter, please be careful

Great place to live my mom and aunt live at Minerva's and the neighbors are so friendly and helpful keeping the mobile home park clean and safe..

How does someone get in contact with management? Would like info about a trailer for rent in there or possibly renting an rv lot but can never find anyone in the office and the phone just rings and rings with no answer or voice mail.
