A family friendly restaurant with lots of tables so you don't have to wait longer for a table when you go to a buffet I know the pain of waiting an hour to get seated when you are hungry. I like the buffet here, can't beat the price for the dishes on the buffet. Food is served fresh and very good quality. They had atleast 3 options of curries for vegetarian and meat eater alike. They had biryani, naan and rice too, you will never run out of choices. I liked the combination of naan and creamy palak paneer. We were there on a very busy Saturday buffet, service was very swift and professional. Our waiter made sure to clear our table as soon as we went to pick up the next round.
We are regular customers here - or used to be. The lamb roast is meant to be soft and succulent but this time around it was overcooked and as hard as rubber. We returned the dish but were refused a replacement and subsequently our money back. The owner Chakrapani was in fact very rude and refused to hear our complaints. He even told us to go ahead and write a negative review if we wanted to! Customer service is important in every business and you need good management to run a business. Ultimately, this experience has lost them a loyal customer for life. Never will I come here again.
I really have a soft spot for this place. I've been going here for years, which is probably why I put four stars instead of three. I feel that they need to renovate a little bit, especially the bathrooms. The lunch buffet is quite good, though I would recommend coming earlier as opposed to later. Because they put out so much food, which is awesome, the later you go, it does tend to dry out a little bit. Especially the naan.
One of the best in terms of Non Veg Spicy North Indian food, Specially Mutton curry. Other dishes are just OK. Only thing good with this place is they know how to use spices you tell them you want spicy they will make it in that way. Decent sitting but i would prefer to do takeout
Good Indian places are hard to find so this was aggravating. The taste of the food I got was good. However they messed up my order which wasn't complicated. Lamb vindaloo, pad pad, and chutney. They forgot the pad pad but remembered the chutney . . . . Didn't figure that out till I was home then I also noticed the Lamb Vindaloo had no potatoes in it at all. So I guess they have decent food if you actually get it.
Great food and prompt service. Best time to go is during their Buffett to savor in a variety of north and South Indian delicacies. Great environment and friendly staff. I like to drop in once a month to fill up my tummy. Overall great Indian restaurant in the area.
Some of the best Indian food in Massachusetts, as well as some of the kindest waiters. Lamb Pasanda and Butter Chicken are easily some of the best I've had. Everything is admittedly on the creamy side which I know some people might not like but personally I love it.
I have been frequenting this location as well as the Natick location for many years. They have always had delicious food! An extensive well priced menu with big portions. Often I call here for catering for last minute company or family visits. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Food is very well priced for the portions. Highly recommend!
Food is expensive and some times not fresh. We have ordered mutton to go and we put it in the refrigerator. When we heat the rice next day whole food was spoiled. There are far better restaurants in Natick Area if you like spicy food. Sichuan Gourmet. Food quality and service is great here
Terrible food. We ordered dosas which they said is their specialty- however the Dosa was too salty, totally inedible. We told the manager who got another type of Dosa, which tasted better but the potatoes, sambar and chutney was too salty still. We just had to go another diner after paying for the food.
