The Mining Technology Department at MCC offers multiple AAS degree options and certificates.
Madisonville Community College Mining Technology Program offers multiple associate of applied science degree options/certification options in mining. Students have the option of completing the degree 100% online or they can take traditional in-person classes. Students can earn industry certifications while taking courses towards their degree. Students also have the option of taking courses at MCC that apply to the University of Kentucky’s Engineering Program.
Dual credit classes are available to high school students at multiple schools in Kentucky.
