Yoga is the union between art and science, philosophy and physical . At Minnehaha Yoga Studio we strive for the union between breath and balance to bring bliss. All Yoga originates from the same tradition and branches into different styles. We are pleased to offer diverse styles of Yoga so everyone can find the Yoga to fit their life. All of our instructors are certified and continue to study Yoga with top level instructors from all over the world, because they know the best teacher never stops learning.
