Minnesota State University Moorhead is nationally accredited and offers many degree programs at both the undergraduate and graduate level. Approximately 380 international students, representing over 53 countries, call MSUM home. MSUM welcomes international students by offering in-state tuition for all international students.
Moorhead is located on the northwest border of Minnesota, across the Red River from Fargo, North Dakota. The Fargo-Moorhead community is the largest metropolitan area between Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota and Spokane, Washington, and was named an "All-American" city. The population of the F-M area is 174,367 (2000 US Census)
