Minot is home to Minot State University, the North Dakota State Fair, and Norsk Hostfest. We are also a hot spot for those traveling to or from Canada and the International Peace Garden is only 110 miles away. Enjoy some time at the Dakota Square Mall shopping, eating or catching a movie. Browse the nearby historic downtown shopping district. Enjoy some time exploring the Roosevelt Park Zoo, Roosevelt Park & Pool, The Scandinavian Heritage Park, Dakota Territory Air Museum, the park, playgrounds, great walking path and splash pad at Oak Park, Railroad Museum & Magic City Express, Taube Museum of Art, Lucy's Amusement Park and the Radio City Park and Splash Pad. During the summer months, enjoy the NoDak Speedway and the MSU Summer Theater has live theater performances some evenings during the summer. This pet-friendly KOA also offers a Kamp K9 park.
