The park was an average older, former KOA facility. The dealership still operates it only now from the RV sales office. Sites were nose down contrary to info received when booking was made. The only facilities are restrooms with showers and a laundry in one little building. The mens was clean and what was OTS was marked. Note: The email with my receipt, park map, site directions and codes was sent one hour prior to my arrival at 2:30 pm two days later. Needless to say it did not help until after I parked in front of the abandon office.
Beautiful place on the lower level. Nice and quiet. Few rowdy kids in the park and a few mysterious people roaming around the RVs that aren't being lived in or used. Didn't have any issues with ours though. Staff was also great!
Nice quiet, down below! Set up together in spot next to our friends. Traveled from Wisconsin to see our Bismarck friends that camped next us Met an awesome dude from South Carolina that was camping there and of course went to see Lynyrd skynyrd while we were there! Great campground, great service, 2nd time camping there! Also watched a family of turkeys strut their stuff right next to us! :
Awesome little campground, beautiful clean bathrooms, great place to stop for a night or stay if you are working in the area
Stopped here overnight, used the night registration box. This place has the best set up for night registration we've seen yet. Clear and thorough directions. Level sites that are large enough for big rigs. Water, sewer, and electric. Location has 30 and 50 amp sites. Didn't use but they have laundry, dog park, playground, picnic tables. No longer a KOA, which we didn't mind. Bathrooms are updated but beware the water pressure. In the men's room, it trickles out and in the women's, it blasts you to the point of being uncomfortable. Do not use second shower or the toilet across from it in the women's bathroom!! At night, the skylight reflects so you can see into the shower/toilet would stay here again, just not use the bathrooms due to inconsistent water pressure and privacy issues.
They gave away the site I reserved 3 months in advance and expected us to pack up and move 5 days into our stay. FYI There were plenty of other available sites so I don't understand why they gave away the one I paid for. AND-they couldn't explain it either. The bathrooms were updated but have shower rods that are too small and therefore fall on your head if you happen to lean against the wall. They changed the codes without notifying their guests. So I was locked out until the RV store opened. Of course this meant I couldn't start my day as planned. Lord help you if Tina has to put her shoes on and get up from her desk to get your mail or packages. In a nutshell, unless you're there to buy an RV or boat, you are a nuisance.
Very nice place. Great folks to work with. They Campground doesn't open until April 1 but we arrived the end of March and they still got us to a site for a month long stay.
Great stop over with full hook ups
Great place for camper or rv hookup.
Easy access, nice showers, and laundry
