I lived here for a year. At first the office was helpful and kind. Towards the end of your lease, the turn like wild pitbull dogs. Dont ever lose a job or try and pay in 2 parts. They will look at you like scum of the earth. Nice mobile homes....bad management.
Lot rent was raised to $530, trying pay off my mortgage & lot rent has already caused me to refinance my home loan once. They don't keep the property clean or remove snow fast enough.
I just love Kay, she is always there to answer questions and always has a smile for ya!
Really like living here, nice, clean park with friendly people and the management has been great to me! Maintenance guys are super nice and come right away when needed. The only thing I would change is the rent. It seems kind of high $1200 for a 3 br when compared to similar homes. But overall I've had a great experience living here!!
Great place to live if you don't mind mobile homes. The staff are always looking out for you if there's any issues or maintenance needed. From what I've seen, most of the homes there are fairly new and in great shape. I enjoy living there and have many friendly people in the area .
Basketball hoops need repair, tennis courts need big time repairs. The whole trailer park is a safety hazard. And The rents keep going up. Iť needs new owners! They have done a better job of keeping the roads clean this winter.
They removed the basketball courts for the kids... shame
When I 1st moved in It was great, Since then every year the lot payment has increased the The quality of the trailer court has gone way down, Kinda like trailer trash now.
The lady who is the boss there is very unfriendly. I almost didn't rent a place from there because she was so rude. The secretary is rather nice though
Made the park unsafe and made our family pay for it. Would never suggest to use rental land for real estate. City of Minot shame on you for treating our family so poorly for not coming from here.
