Super awesome company. My wife and I are blessed to be able to keep our home on their property. Western Village is very quiet and we love our neighborhood.
Lot prices are astronomical. Parks do not meet city code standards... ie: no onsite 24 hour manager, no children's playgrounds, poorly maintained roads.
Lots of illegal activity. The manager is very hard to deal with. She has a bad reputation. I moved out because of these reasons.
It's pretty quiet for being a trailer park and most of the units they have are fairly new.
