Just finished playing hockey. Good ice Clean dressing rooms. Friendly staff. A Parking pass for 3 hours around booked icetime. Bar- restaurant upstairs. Also has full training facilities and turf field in back of building
A great complex to indulge into multiple activities ranging from Lifting weights, Ice-skating, Ice- Hockey, American Football etc. The complex also consists of a health and fitness center where you can get regular checkups, blood work, vaccination etc. done. All the above facilities are preferably for the University students but can be used general public by paying extra charges and making appointments.
Best ice in town, even if I have to say it myself! The ice resurfacing machines are kept well maintained and make ice reliably. The staff know their business.
Doctors are amazing and very professional. The treatment to patients from the reception staff is incredibly rude and highly unprofessional from the blonde lady at the front desk. She speaks to people in a very unprofessional manner, not only me. When I arrived at the clinic she was already addressing in the same very rude way another girl that was there before me. When she wasn’t working there, I received better treatment from her co-workers and had a comfortable experience. She makes people feel very uncomfortable and have an awful experience even if it is just requesting information. Beyond rude.
Great place but they need to add more staff at the reception. It seems like every time I visit there’s a long lineup.
Gym smells. Change room smells. Everything is rusted. Looks like a crime scene in the shower room. You can smell the mold in the showers. The shower curtains are not the right ones, they have cloth curtains up, on onky half the stalls. So when you do turn on the water it sprays through to get your hanging towel all wet. I have been to a lot of gyms and there is no upkeep of this place, one would think with all the money the university gets general maintenance and replacement of old equipment would be apart of a regular schedule. The only reason i go back is because I pay for it through tuition.
good gym but its always overcrowded which is super annoying.. however the staff are really kind and i'm paying for it as part of my tuition so might as well make good use of it lmaooo
I had to write final exams in here and I failed the exam. Would not recommend
There is a hockey rink, a football field, a tennis/badminton court, squash rooms, an exercise room, some study spaces, the university health clinic, a university bar, some classrooms, etc. Minto complex is a very accessible building too, with automatic doors and elevators.
Received my second dose there. Well organized. Surprisingly ran 10-15mns ahead of time. Everyone there was nice. There’s free parking available for people getting vaccinated in the lot across from the complex and you can’t really miss it because there’s a huge sign.
