Justin Minton is a former insurance adjuster who founded the Minton Law Firm with the intention of bringing the best possible legal representation to the average person. We strive to help injury victims in their time of greatest need to overcome the disparity between themselves and larger, more economically powerful corporations and insurance companies. Our goal is to get our clients more money for their Personal Injury or Wrongful Death claim than they can settle for on their own. In 1999, Allstate conducted a study that showed the average injury settlement for unrepresented "connective-tissue" was $3,464, while represented claims settled for $7,450. My experience as an insurance adjuster has confirmed those findings.
