Our motto is "We are here for you!!" Our location is very convenient for anyone near the golden triangle in San Diego. Most of you are on computers or have stressful jobs. Please come and see what we can do for you! Not only can Dr. Savage give you a great adjustment, but we also have a full staff of amazing massage therapists! Almost everything is covered on insurance if you have pain, stiffness, numbness or decreased range of motion of a joint or your back.

Great chiropractors. They got right to the source of my problem without a lot of unneeded activity. Then developed a very effective treatment plan that did not require multiple weekly appointments, so very affordable. I didn’t feel like I was being take to the cleaners like I have with several other chiropractors. They spend a good amount of time each visit so get get the proper level of care.
I love this place. I am a Family Medicine physician. I was looking for a chiropractor that would help me with my low back pain. I had seen Dr. Henshaw in this office on prior occasions and was extremely happy with the results. This office and doctor Dr. Visco exceeded my expectations. Dr. Visico spent time learning about my medical history and the history of my problem. His treatment was not rushed. His adjustments were not the sudden forceful processes that cause me anxiety. I could tell during his treatment that he was improving the alignment problems in my back with each step he took. I am extremely grateful for the result. I will be going back. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practitioner.
I absolutely Love Mira Mesa Chiropractic! The front staff Grace is a delight and works diligently to schedule your visits. I started treating with Dr. Jasdeep Henshaw approximately 3 years ago while pregnant. I had immediate relief from unsteady gait and imbalance. I have since continued with intermittent evaluation and treatment for neck pain/headaches and always have complete relief and improved symptoms post my visit with Dr. Henshaw!
This is by far the best chiropractic I’ve ever been to! I’ve never had such a fantastic experience getting adjusted. Everyone is so kind and incredibly skilled!
From the moment you arrive and are welcomed by Grace you feel cared about. Dr. Tanaka’s manner and expertise are extraordinary. He listens then performs adjustments and care that provide relief or maintenance based on the condition you are in. Highly recommend!
Mira Mesa Chiropractic has provided the best treatment regimen and services than any other office in San Diego. Dr. Henshaw and Dr. Visico are excellent. They've saved me a lot of aches and pains over the years with their expansive knowledge and array of techniques. Grace is absolutely delightful and always finds a time that works with my schedule. The new building that they moved into has a beautiful atrium and the new office is light and airy. I highly recommend their services!

I have been to other chiropractors in years past, but I am so pleased with Dr. Tanaka's adjustments that I no longer go anywhere else. In addition, Grace at the front desk is so friendly and helpful with directions, billing, and the massage chair that a visit to this beautifully landscaped place is a real pleasure!
