I left Beltone to go to Nadine. Customer service is above expectations. Mariana greats me a smile every time. I could not ask for better service and a better product. Thank you ladies.
I had to replace a charger for my dad’s hearing aid and I was calling around to the closest one to me in Coral Springs. They never answer the phone and when they did the lady said to hold for 1 min please. Well I had to disconnected after 15mins. It was ridiculous I never get good service from them. I happen to call Plantation Miracle Ear and Catalina answered and she was a breathe of fresh air. Even though my dad didnt purchased it at that store she was so caring and patient with getting the model number for the charger. I dropped what I was doing and headed straight down there to see who was giving such wonderful service in this day an age. You hardly see that. Thank you so much Catalina.
This place is truly amazing -from the warm caring greeting from Catalina as you walk in to the incredibly patient knowledgeable nurturing Nadine. Together they make a great team always ready to help even if you just walk in. They make you feel like a family and I truly feel they genuinely care about my success. Nadine really knows her stuff and Catalina can fix a lot of things on her own. And of course the selections of coffee while you wait -for a short time- is the cherry on top! They are excellent and professional I recommend them very highly
I was real skeptical to bring my elderly dad in for a hearing aid, for multiple reasons. Nadine didn't just fit him with a hearing aid; she changed both of our lives! She is very professional, very knowledgeable and extremely patient. She stopped at nothing to make sure the quality was 100%! Nadine's assistant, Catalina, works perfectly with Nadine. She is the consummate professional, with the most pleasant and assuring attitude. She goes the extra mile to make sure that we got the best service possible. They both delivered! It was an amazing experience! I can't thank you both enough. I highly recommend Nadine & Catalina at Miracle Ear of Plantation!
Cannot say enough about this location. From Catalina welcoming me into the office for my first appointment. To Nadine checking my hearing. They are so warm and friendly. The office is extremely clean and neat and beautiful. I didn’t want to leave. Nadine is very honest after reviewing my hearing, I have some loss but don’t need hearing aides at this time.She is extremely knowledgeable when it came to the test. And I want to thank her for her honesty, I didn’t know what to expect being this was my first hearing test. I had been to miracle ear with my mother-in-law many years ago and it was never like this. It is a great place I highly recommend anybody needing to find out if you have a hearing problem this is the place to come. Thank you for a wonderful experience looking forward to another exam in the future.
My elderly father of 102, has had need of cleaning & maintenance of his hearing aids about every 2 months. Each and every time I have called and/or just walked in we have always received immediate attention. Very little wait time. The care of my Dad's hearing aids is excellent and handled with care and kindness! I'm so happy to be so close to this facility.
My husband is the Miracle-Ear customer but Nadine has changed OUR lives!! From his very first encounter as a school bus driver/teacher who needed to pass a hearing test Nadine has been informative, honest, knowledgeable, practical, charming and the ultimate professional. We travel extensively and have been to other Miracle-Ear stores around the country but no one has equaled the service Nadine provides in her Plantation location. So happy to be able to tell others about her. Particularly appreciate the training she has given us on all the smart phone fixes that truly improve our quality of life.
