Came to be with a patient who is having a procedure and was informed by the nurse that I was required to sit in their lobby or out on the patio during his procedure. I’m a cancer survivor and I do not in any way, shape or form feel safe sitting in a hospital lobby for an hour. So they’ve told me I can sit outside in 50° weather to comply with their policy. They’re asking me to choose someone else’s health and an inane policy over my own health. Will never, ever, come here again.
I can only say that this group is the best. Dr. Morales, MD is absolutely wonderful. Through shots and nerve burning they have given me a better quality of life than a 68 year old man deserves. When I went to see Dr. Morales I could hardly walk. Now I walk like a young man. The Care and friendliness of the entire staff was fantastic. I recommend mission spine with 5 stars. They really Care. My name is April Fisher I visited this facility Monday and I couldn't be happier with everything from how nice and clean the facility, the customer service lady at the front was so nice and helpful, the RN nurse that took me back she was very attentive detailed and helpful, the doctors assistant that first talked and examined me was very nice and genuine, and of course the doctor that helped me at the endDonald Jablonski they knew what they were doing and everyone greeted me with respect and smiled that means alot. Everyone there was so nice very helpful and most important listened to everything I had said. Also when the doctor was finished he told me i could get my prescriptions filled there for easy and even showed me where it was at so i wouldnt get lost, I had no idea they had a pharmacy. They were professional, knew what they were doing and fast. They didn't look at me like another number they treated me like a patient and most of all did things correctly, they did the test and i had strep throat I knew something was wrong because I never get sick and I was miserable! I had made the decision to visit urgent care to get a second opinion because my family doctor earlier that day told me I had to deal with it and it was probably just viral I was so upset that my family doctor didn't take the time to do proper tests and just listen to me. I want to thank everyone at fletcher mission pardee urgent care for the most positive urgent care visit I've ever had and I will recommend everyone going there because I will be back when I need you guys the most thank you I finally have some relief.
I have been going to Vista Family Heath for many years! I have always been treated with respect and kindness. Dr Runckle is by far the best doctor I have ever seen. His kindness, understanding and knowledge concerning my health issues is phenomenal! Thank Vista and Dr Runkle for the care you have given me. Clean and well-maintained grounds and top-of-the line facilities, including urgent care, pharmacy, and small cafe for while you wait. Two stars removed due to the doctor we saw. Avoid Dr. Fillman if possible! We had to spend an afternoon speaking with other providers across south Asheville after he made of mess of our visit he incorrectly wrote a referral/RX and we had to clarify with three different eye doctors what he meant before discovering what he wrote wasn't actually possible for him to do, and upon returning for a follow-up he didn't even bother to see us in person.
Great Staff. Very quick and typically no lines. Best Rx prices in town. Much cheaper than CVS and Walgreens. My wife and I saved 55% on our monthly perscriptions by switching to there pharmacy.
Very quick service! Had to go in for strep and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They were even doing on the job training to a new nurse and it didn't slow anything down at all.
Really bad experience. They don’t care about people. Urgent Care that does not care of urgent situations. Please take care if you are going to this place.
