Missoula Fire Department

The guys at the Missoula Fire Department were warm and helpful. The gentleman I spoke with didn't have an answer but he got me a phone number and I was able to resolve my issue. Great group of people!!

The fire department responded efficiently and was very professional and courteous to a client at my work place This occurred on on Tuesday 12-22-2020. The client lost her balance and hit her head and the FD and EMT crew were great. Thanks for attending to her and allowing us to see your compassionate care for her. Thank you for all you did for her and us. We are lucky to have you as First Responders.

Most crews on the Lost Trail Creek Fire were pleasant untill last week when the latest crew from Missoula arrived. One rude crew member made the rest look unprofessional. And the one individual had an attitude while I gave the boy free access to my property. They should weed out the boys with poor attitudes. The rude boy insisted he was 30 years old but acted like he needed his mommy. Get real men to fight fires, don't send boys to fight with property owners.

I just limped my 2014 GMC Sierra 45 miles into Missula as I had a buldge in my tire and it is unsafe with my 9 month old daughter, 6 year old son. My wife contacted every hotel in the city all with no vacancy. I contacted the fire department in hope at minimum my wife and daughter might be able to take a cot or bed and was told to contract the homeless shelter which was closed and turned down by the departement. I was a licensed fire fighter from Duluth MN and never have been so disappointed in a departement.
