Nick and his staff are incompetent! That car wash ripped off my bumper and they refuse to even show me the video because they claim it was prior damage in which it was never ever damage before!! Corporate will hear about this abuse and ignorance of power!
I actually like the new car wash selection, which is the Titanium wash, which adds an additional shine application, that came out surprisingly bright. Fridays and the weekend this place is packed. I suggest going during the weekdays M-Th. Also very friendly staff.

I recently bought a new car and I wanted to be able to keep it clean on a regular basis. When I heard about the unlimited wash plan that this place has I jumped on board with it immediately. I have been using the platinum wash plan the highest grade wash without detailing and I have been through the wash 4 times now. Unfortunately, every time I have been through it only looks like my car has gotten rained on and not actually been through a wash. I really wanted to like this place especially after interacting with the great service staff, but it fails at the one aspect I needed: actually washing my car.
Paid for the Platinum wash and still had dirt and bugs smashed on the exterior. They tried to sell me the unlimited. With these results, I almost need my money back from THIS wash.
I pay monthly to go here . I noticed it doesn't make your brakes squeaky like the place on Palmer. I wish they would preclean my hatch back glass like the other place. And have some people dry the car for tips.
The wash itself is great. Major problem is their traffic management for the vacuums. Most people tend to enter the vacuum through the exit causing traffic issues. Customers not realizing they are blocking the path to the vacuum, park in the path under the canopy to detail their car, and staff do not move them. If vacuum spots are full, staff do not assist in moving non paying cars out. They do advertise free vacuums, but it also states the vacuums are for wash customers. I shouldn't have to wait for the vacuum if people just drive in, when I had paid, then also have to watch for drivers coming in the wrong direction and them taking a spot I would have been waiting for. I have no problems with others using the "free" vacuums, but not when wash customers are waiting. I've mentioned the issues to staff a few times and nothing has changed. One staff member even told me, they advertise free vacuums and they can't ask them to move. He didn't know about the sign that says, vacuums are for wash customers! Photo 1. White car parked in path where drivers should be using to get to vacuums. Staff walked by multiple times and did not ask him to relocate. Photo 2. 2 cars came in through the exit to use the vacuum causing problems with the car backing out to exit. Another annoying thing is that staff stand by the card terminals, and I'm worried I'll run into them. Creates a dangerous situation. They should stand by the vacuums and sell their unlimited plans to the non-paying vacuum users. Otherwise, most staff are friendly. Vacuums are fairly strong. There's a floor mat cleaner on site. The manager on site is great. Just wish something can be done for the vacuum traffic management. Edit: Mister Carwash replied to my email complaint about the vacuum entrance. They told me to enter through what they call Entrance/Exit, even though it's marked as an exit. 2 lanes in and 1 lane out, through a lane designed for 1 car. That's how they make the vacuum line efficient! 1 Star, because of thier response to my email. Edit:01/2020: Watch out for one their staff named Dallas. My car didn't wash on the driver side front, lower side and back. When I asked about the wash, he said it was due to my roof rack, although it has never caused issues for 4 years at the same location. He showed no interest in my issue. When I was leaving he decided to mock me when I waved at him. When I called to ask why he thought he had to mock me, his response was to offer to cancel my plan! They seriously need some customer service training at this location. Fyi:subsequent washes were able to wash my car properly, and I would say it was equipment issues that did not wash my car when I had issues.
It confused me a bit upon randomly pulling in that they have no detailing service option. It seems that this location only offers drive-thru car wash, and then you have to vacuum and wipe down your car yourself if you want to it is cool that they have free bays for this
Pretty good, I wanted to sign up for the reoccurring billing. But no one came over so I just backed out of the screen and did a one time wash I think I will be back.
Too expensive, poor service, and quality. I was a member since 2015, but apparently, that did not matter because they significantly lowered the quality of their products and work. The cleaning staff don't work like they used to before, quality of the materials used to clean windows and tire shine, etc are lowered as well. Overall, I don't recommend this place at all.
