Great service, friendly staff. I'd love to give them 5 stars, but we were told they accepted our insurance plan and were later surprised with a bill for hundreds of dollars beyond what our insurance covered. Turns out they were actually out-of-network. They did not offer any discount afterward to help compensate for the miscommunication. If we had higher income or an insurance plan that paid more maybe we could tolerate this, but we don't. In their forms they had made clear they "didn't have a contract with any insurance provider," but not being super knowledgeable about dental insurance I didn't know that meant that they aren't in-network for any plan. All I knew was I checked our insurance with them beforehand and when they said they accepted it--without a warning that they were out-of-network--I assumed that meant they were in-network. If they were sensitive to customers' budgets, they would make sure they knew this, communicating it in lay terms. Moral of the story for me: check with the insurance company, not the provider, to find someone in-network.
I've been going to Dr. House's office for 15+ years and the experience is never anything short of top-notch. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. House is a wonderful DDS. I used to be afraid of dental procedures, but by going to this office for regular care, those fears have all but been assuaged. I still get a little nervous before a visit and then I feel silly afterwards for having worried. They put you at ease as soon as you walk through the door. These are the pros, folks. If you're in need excellent dental care and who isn't? don't even hesitate.
Very friendly staff would recommend to anyone
