Mitchell gave me two different appointments. I had to wait hours to be seen. Only to tell me that my bp was up on the first visit. The last visit I took my own machine. They pulled the same thing again today saying it was too high. My personal blood pressure monitor had a whole different reading from theirs. If it wasn’t up when I got there I know it went up with the long wait time. I’ll never go back to Mitchell Dental. They aren’t knowledgeable and their customer service is awful.
I am writing to express my thanks to Dr. Alford's Assistant, Jeanice Allen, who was very kind, courteous, patient, and professional today 11/30/22, as she took the time to contact several oral surgeons for me! This caring and accommodating service exceeded my expectations, and I just want to say "thank you for your kindness"!!!
I had a great experience at Mitchell Dental Clinic in Flowood! The front staff was great and very welcoming, the assistants were great at explaining the process, my cleaning was perfect and Dr. Alford did a great examination! I highly recommend this business! Bonus Points for a great playlist of songs during my visit!
Everyone was so nice. They cleaned my teeth very good! They was able to fill my cavity within the same visit. Great! Great! Great!
I went by to set up a much needed appointment, had been needing to transfer my records to Mitchell Dental where my husband goes for his dental work! They took me right in and even performed my cleaning and 6 month check up. Everyone was warm and friendly. Extremely helpful and welcoming! They were Very professional and careful with social distancing, as well as able, for a full dentistry office environment. I was very impressed! I Even got a gift bag for being a new patient! Actually, my husband had recommended me to Mitchell and they were fondly familiar with Mr Frank, they called him, my sweet husband!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!!
From the time I arrived, until I left, I felt as if I had been a patient in their clinic for years. The staff went over and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I am so thankful I decided to give this dental clinic my business. I look forward to seeing the staff again in six months. 5 stars PLUS!!!
I was told they take walk-ins. So I attempted to call 3 times and kept getting voice-mail and a text that said someone would call me back shortly. I never got a call back. So I took a chance to drive to macon to try to get seen but was turned away because they only had one dentist. Would have been nice to know that before you drive 30 miles for nothing.
Because I have a large family, I am very careful about where I schedule my children's appointments. Mitchell Dentist has been very helpful in making sure we can get appointments on the same day and to top it off, we are not waiting all day to be seen!They are also very polite and so sweet to my 5 babies! Lastly, they make sure that my husband and I are able to be with them at all times by calling us all back together.
Love my hygienist! She is very pleasant, doesn't hurt me and her breath is always so fresh. The entire office was gleaming. Cleanliness is next to Godlessness. I will recommend this clinic to my friends and family with teeth.
I am proud to say I had an awesome experience at Mitchell Dental Clinic, Macon branch. I had let my dental health go by for some time due to a fear of dentist. I was given a tour by an awesome New Patient Coordinator, Amber. The Dental Hygienist, Katelyn, introduced herself and kept me at ease the entire visit. She is the best I've ever had! Dr. Carney was also great and friendly. Thank you Mitchell Dental.
