Awesome park for any sports related events. Lots of activities for the kids. Had a reunion there. Rented the shelter with a kitchen. Very family friendly. Thank you for the memories
Came for son's soccer training. Park and facilities were clean, great condition and plenty of parking. Very nice park with walking trail and lake with many different types of birds and wildlife to see.
Beautiful community park with paved miles of trails adjoining an environmental preserve alive with birds, turtles and other wildlife. Two tennis courts with pickleball available too. Football/ lacrosse, softball and baseball fields. And at least 8 soccer fields. Two nicely sized pavilions available for parties and relaxing. Green and well maintained park with clean bathrooms. Playground: Climbing area and swings for kids. Restrooms: Clean restrooms. One group of restrooms near tennis courts and pavilion. Second group of restrooms at West end of park. Ball fields have restrooms when open for Play. Dog-friendliness: Dog friendly. Leashes suggested. Picnic area: Multiple picnic pavilions. No BBQ equipment provided.
Lovely place to run a couple of miles, with shaded, wooden bridges on the south side and two paths that make it easy to extend the run out to Tropical Trail. The park is pretty calm on weekday mornings; weekends bring lots of lively activity to the soccer, football, and baseball fields but never so much that the multi-use path feels too crowded to run. Bathrooms can get gross on weekends, especially by the soccer fields. The good news is that even at unusual times, I've always found at least one bathroom open and clean. Tip: it's often the family bathroom between the tennis court and playground! Turtles and a variety of birds hang out around the edges of the park and in the water. And it's fun seeing all the dogs and their walkers on the paths. Just remember that it's Florida, so stay hydrated and be prepared for the sun on the stretches that aren't lined by trees.
Great place for all sports and a nice walking trail. I wish they wouldve kept some trees outside the fences to offer some shade because it’s brutally hot outside during summer.
Came for son's soccer training. Fields and facilities were clean, well maintained and great area. Plenty of parking and just a good park. Park also offers great opportunities to photograph various birds and wildlife.
There are plenty of sports facilities here, but we weren’t particularly interested in that. Our goal was to walk trails and enjoy the playground. There is a trail that seems to wrap around much of the park, but the bit we went on was linear and ran along Hall Rd. It was nice and shady with lots of tortoises sunning themselves where the light came in between the trees. Very pleasant walk. No benches for resting - perhaps an improvement an aspiring Eagle Scout could improve on. The play ground was large with lots of climbing and sliding opportunities. Very sunny, so if you’re looking for a shady option to beat the heat, go to the Manatee cove about 3 minutes drive north. Had a toddler friendly section and one for older kids.
Brevard County Parks & Recreation keep this park upkept well. There are softball fields, baseball fields, soccer fields and tennis courts, plus a small playground/ picnic area. There are a couple of ponds and a walking trail from the fields to the service station/convenience store at the corner of Hall Road & SR3. It's a nice place to spend some time relaxing, participating, or just watching what's going on.
Very nicely maintained park with a great perimeter trail. Two changes I’d greatly appreciate would be water fountains and get rid of the no dogs rule.
Fantastic park with pet friendly bike trails
